Description

The Charme Camelie Bed & Breakfast is located in a historic building from the late 19th century, just 200 meters from the sea, offering a vintage ambiance while being in the city center.

This palace is listed among the historical sites of the Italian Environmental Fund (FAI) and was open to visitors during the FAI autumn days (2024).

The B&B features accommodations in three spacious rooms with frescoed ceilings, original flooring, elegant drapes, chandeliers, and period and designer furniture.

The "Oriente" room can be set up as a double (with an option for a third bed) or with three single beds, and it has a private bathroom with either a shower or a bathtub.

The "Romantica" room is furnished with a wrought iron double bed featuring a classic love knot design and has a private bathroom with a shower.

The "Suite Carlotta" (approximately 34 square meters) includes a 15 square meter bathroom and offers a uniquely refined décor.

Additionally, the Charme Camelie Bed & Breakfast has a practically independent mezzanine studio called "Camelie," which overlooks the internal camellia garden and includes a kitchenette (accommodating up to four guests).

All our rooms are air-conditioned and come with a private bathroom.

Guests can enjoy a 400 square meter terrace with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a shower, providing a relaxing environment surrounded by beautiful plants and a stunning view of Mount Etna.

Our breakfast is served on the spacious terrace (400 sqm) facing Mount Etna or in the lounge, depending on the weather conditions.

We use organic farming products.

Enjoy a hearty breakfast featuring a variety of sweet and savory local specialties: natural jams, Etna honeys, fresh fruit, and savory pies. You will be surrounded by a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful plants.

We are a large family, but you will rarely find all of us together in our home in Sicily, as we are often away for studies or work.

We have decided to open our spacious family house to guests and turn it into a charming B&B to provide a special vacation for those who wish to stay.

You will always find Marina around, and one of us will be available to assist you on a rotating basis.

Get ready for a completely relaxing holiday filled with good cheer and joy, delicious food, sunshine, and the sea.

You will experience the warmth of hospitality from our region, and if you wish, you can also enjoy our friendship.

Area seaside

In the city center, 200 meters from the sea, close to restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, and the marina.

It is located 1 kilometer from the train station, 40 kilometers from Catania Airport, and 15 kilometers from Taormina.

From Riposto, heading towards Taormina, there is a 12-kilometer beach of pebbles and sand, mostly free, but with several well-maintained beach facilities.

On the opposite side, towards Catania, a cliff of lava rocks creates a picturesque setting favored by water sports enthusiasts; small beaches and wooden platforms provide easy access to the sea.
