Our bed and breakfast is newly built and was completed in April 2015. It is a spacious and bright apartment with warm and welcoming rooms that come equipped with air conditioning, LED TV, free Wi-Fi, and private internal and external bathrooms. Additionally, there is a common room available for guests to enjoy a great breakfast.

Very kind manager, caring even when we were late for check-in. The structure is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood is quite quiet even though it is in a busy area. A 10-minute drive from the center of Messina, although in the surroundings, it is easy to find fast food and the like. For us, it was an excellent choice.

I stayed at this property for a concert at the stadium and it was perfect for my purpose. The owner is very kind and helpful, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom is extreme and precise. The price is a bit high but I believe this is due to the concert situation and the breakfast offered is sufficient.

Clean structure, large and comfortable room. Very kind and helpful owners. Spacious kitchen with coffee pod machine, water and juices in the fridge for guests and breakfast with croissants and rusks. I definitely recommend it.
