Our Rooms are located on the ground floor of a recently renovated apartment furnished with sober and essential taste, in a very quiet neighborhood served by the main public transport (tram and bus).

A 18-minute walk from Central Station or the Ferry and Hydrofoil Terminal.

We Offer fully equipped and air-conditioned Rooms, with modern private bathrooms in the room and with a spacious walk-in shower, perfect for both a tourist or business stay, suitable for accommodating the single person as well as small groups.

We wish to receive only kind and polite Guests who respect the rules of the structure.

B&B in a strategic location if you want to see Messina but don’t have a car. The property is located just a few meters from the shopping street and Piazza Cairoli, one of the main squares with the largest hub of public transport and very close to the hydrofoil landing of Trenitalia. Very precise and helpful manager. Rooms are of limited size but have everything needed for a comfortable stay. Impeccable cleanliness. Great price! My husband and I had a wonderful time, and we will definitely return if we need to in the future. I would also like to praise the ATM of Messina which, on the occasion of a concert, made it possible for us to go to the San Filippo stadium without any discomfort and at really affordable costs. We also found the city of Messina to be much cleaner and better organized. Almost nothing to complain about.

I booked the accommodation on Via Ghibellina, but the day before I was informed that due to a small problem, the accommodation on Viale S. Martino 315 was available, an offer I had to accept. The accommodation is quite nice, but it has a major drawback: the bed was very hard, it was like sleeping on a wooden board. I couldn't sleep a wink all night and the next day I was exhausted. I asked the owner for a topper, but he didn't have one available. The accommodation is nice and would be recommendable if they changed the beds or added a topper upon request.

The check-in was strange. The gentleman requested my passport. Very awkward dude. The room is clean. However, if you try to shower or go to the toilet every 1 minute, the lights turn off and you need to get out of the shower 🚿 to make them work. The room has a very strong smell of dust, heavy construction dust, and it's not possible to breathe properly if the window is not open. I struggle to breathe inside. It was OK. Although breakfast is included, the check-in staff asked us to leave money for each item inside a jar, so we didn't use anything. I can't say that he was professional or friendly. It's OK properly, but nothing to be excited about.

The keeper of this 3-bedroom apartment in the basement is very nice. He gave us the room at 22:30 after a call. Very clean, very good price/quality. Good Internet. The door of the room is not soundproof. Thank you!

We had a perfect stay at Livio's. The room was beautiful, very clean with a new and modern bathroom. The location is perfectly central, just a few minutes walk to the center or the train station. We could easily leave our luggage all day after check out at the B&B. Livio was incredibly helpful and can tell a lot about the real life of Messina. It was almost as if we were visiting a friend who anticipates our every wish. Absolute recommendation!
