Description

The B&B Note di Mare is located in Sicily, in the south east of the island. The villa is located in Marina di Ragusa (RG), the most famous and equipped seaside resort around the coast ibleo, just 200 meters from the sea.

Free parking in front of the house and possibility of internal parking for motorcycles.

The villa consists of two floors in a floor the owners live and the other is located B&B "Note di Mare". The villa has a large outdoor pool with sun terrace and outdoor showers, three double bedrooms and a triple room, each with private bath, kitchenette and linen, fridge, tv.

Excellent B&B, the setting is very nice, a beautiful villa with a pool, the owners are kind and down-to-earth, and the sea and town center are reachable with a short walk. I hope to be able to return. I recommend it.

The exterior is very beautiful. The room is essential. The presence of a kitchen is good, but there is a continuous noise from the pumps that disturbs and there is probably a problem with the sewage. I do not know if it is from the villa or the area. In the morning there is a very unpleasant smell.

Gentilissima, e' vero che le recensioni sono soggettive, ma bisogna avere un minimo di obiettività quando si scrive. Definire essenziale una camera di dimensioni superiori alla media, con ambiente guardaroba, angolo cucina, veranda attrezzata mi sembra obiettivamente riduttivo. Pagare in questo periodo 60 euro per una camera ubicata in una villa con piscina mi sembra obiettivamente un buon rapporto qualita prezzo. Il problema delle pompe e dell"odore non era della struttura ma di un guasto nella zona. Infatti se leggete le altre recensioni gli ospiti decantano sempre la silenziosità e la tranquillità del posto dov'e ubicata la villa.

My stay exceeded all expectations, the photos already portrayed the structure well but living there was even better. It may seem paradoxical, but having the pool 'at home' even if you have a beautiful sea 5 minutes away on foot, is very useful to us. Quiet apartment, tidy with a functional bathroom. Room equipped with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. New kitchen with a convenient electric oven. The supply of pots and dishes could be improved. The owners are truly lovely, helpful, and always present people. Great stay.

We stayed at this beautiful bed and breakfast for a week. We were impressed by the beauty of the structure, pleasant and functional, which reflects the hospitality of the managers, affable and helpful, always ready to dedicate time to you and ready to listen. The structure is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the external space is very striking, modern, beautiful, and quiet. It is located 5 minutes from the sea and natural beaches where silence, wind, and the sea are the only ingredients. Excellent breakfast, croissants with plenty of cream that you can only dream of in the North, and the excellent cakes prepared by Francesca, Agostino, Carla, and Enrico. We had a great time! Sicily is really beautiful and has many reasons to be visited... I hope to come back. A hug to the managers.

The owners are very kind but the management of the bookings is not very clear, as I still have doubts about whether I paid for a triple or a double with an extra bed at the highest price. However, the rooms are beautiful and very clean. The pool is not very large. The sea is nearby, reachable by car in five minutes, but it is not located on the beach.

We stayed at this property for the week of Ferragosto, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The location is magnificent, slightly elevated but very central, and ensures great tranquility despite being a stone's throw from the seafront. New and modern structure, daily cleaning, pool available, very convenient parking even on festive evenings. The rooms are few, equipped with a kitchen and air conditioning, and are arranged in a way to guarantee privacy and each has an outdoor area where breakfast is served in the morning. And let's talk about breakfast! Every morning, Mrs. Francesca serves fresh pastry products and even some homemade sweets, along with fruit, juices, and coffee. The whole family is affectionate and helpful, always ready to dedicate time to us, whether for advice, directions, or even just a chat. A perfect balance between hotel service and a family atmosphere! We have become very fond and will probably return.

Just returned from a 2-week stay at this property, we can only thank Francesca and Agostino for the wonderful welcome they gave us. The property is very beautiful and perfectly maintained, spacious room with a separate and fully equipped kitchen; the bathroom is also comfortable. Impeccable daily cleaning. Breakfast is served by the pool: what can I say, fantastic breakfast with typical Sicilian sweets and cakes made in the morning by Francesca, all very plentiful. Every day Francesca and Agostino provided us with valuable advice on places to visit, from spectacular beaches to cities and villages. Not to mention the restaurants or simply to enjoy an arancina. Overall, here you can only find the best: the friendliness and kindness of the hosts, a very beautiful, well-kept and clean location, a breakfast that will make you savor the tastes and scents of Sicily. We feel the need to thank Francesca again because such a welcome is more unique than rare.

We are two couples from Trentino and we spent 12 days at this B&B. It was fabulous. The owners, Francesca and Agostino, and their daughter Carla are incredibly kind. Every day, Mrs. Francesca planned a day idea for us. The breakfasts are more than abundant, enriched with delicious local sweets. The cleanliness is like a 5-star hotel. Let's not talk about the pool, excellent to come back to after a day spent visiting the beautiful Baroque wonders. I could write more, but time is pressing. We stayed with our friends at this lovely B&B to spend a few days in the wonderful Ragusano area. The B&B, comfortable and clean, is located in a quiet position, ideal both to reach the beautiful beach of Marina di Ragusa (about a hundred meters away), and to quickly reach by car all the places of interest (Scicli, Ibla, Punta Secca, Sampieri beach, etc.). It also has a lovely pool where in the morning we were served lavish breakfasts, we still remember the croissants and cannoli. Special mention goes to the owners of the B&B, hospitable and very kind in providing us with all the information to make our stay very pleasant (especially for us food lovers, the trattorias they recommended were excellent). Highly recommended, we hope to return to visit what we didn't manage to see.

Modern and comfortable structure just steps from the sea and close to the town center, reachable on foot with a walk along the promenade. Refreshing pool, abundant and delicious breakfast. The managers were very hospitable and helpful. The B&B is less than 10 minutes walk from the sea and 15 minutes from the town center. Having the pool available to cool off is fantastic after the walk under the sun to return from the sea before lunch! The breakfast is abundant, the brioches and fresh cakes are excellent!

How not to feel good. We arrived as guests, we left as friends. The attention to needs and the particular availability dedicated by the owners is exemplary. The location of the structure in a very quiet area, a stone's throw from the sea, close to the center, is ideal for visiting the beautiful locations that surround it, from beaches to art cities. The suggestions given by the volcanic Francesca and the very nice Agostino on the planning of visits were fundamental.

How not to feel good at 'Note di Mare'. Feeling at home, even far from home. I stayed at the B&B Note di Mare with my husband and 11-year-old daughter for three nights. We were greeted with kindness and warmth. Clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast with homemade cakes. A house 'available to guests' with a pool that my daughter really liked. Very close to the sea. Three days of true relaxation where I felt like I was really at home. I recommend it without hesitation and hope to return for a longer stay. It also proves to be an excellent starting point to visit Ragusa and its province, top landscapes, sea, and culture! Congratulations!

Great location for walking to the beach, to reach the most beautiful beaches by car and to visit places of historical and landscape interest, we had a great time, great welcome, great cleanliness, good breakfast with local products and homemade cakes. Optimal position to visit tourist destinations (Marina di Ragusa, Noto, Modica, Donna Fugata Castle, Punta Secca - house and places of Commissioner Montalbano - Ragusa, Syracuse, etc.). The stay at Note di Mare was pleasantly serene. You feel good. The structure is extremely clean and the staff is polite and friendly, cordial and attentive. The owners are affable and very present, available and always ready to advise and satisfy every curiosity. The structure has ample spaces available to holidaymakers, including a swimming pool, which allows total relaxation. Magnificent stay, very well managed, the owners are always very kind and available for anything. Their indications to visit wonderful places are very helpful. I stayed at the b&b Note di Mare with friends the week after Ferragosto. I already knew Marina di Ragusa and I consider it the perfect place to visit the surrounding areas (Scicli, Modica, Noto, Siracusa, Marzamemi, Agrigento, Ragusa) and to have a nice seaside town with bars, restaurants, and free and equipped beaches at your disposal. We had a great time at this b&b: we had two adjoining rooms with a large space in front of us, an outdoor shower but with a curtain in front that we used practically every evening, and the pool. I also find the location fantastic: 10 minutes from the sea, 15 minutes from the center, but with the convenience of always finding parking, even on Saturday evenings (for those who know Marina di Ragusa, you know what I mean). Finally, I want to talk about the super breakfast with cakes prepared by Francesca: two different cakes every day, one better than the other, there are also cookies, brioches, and a huge jar of Nutella that remains there unused. And Francesca's advice on what to visit, which beaches to go to, etc., is extremely valuable. In short, a perfect vacation. Thank you very much for everything.
