The B&B Cannoli is the best choice for those who want to visit the city center on foot while being able to park their car safely. It is the only B&B in Palermo with a charging station for electric cars (type 2 up to 7. 4 Kwh).

Only if you book through here, our rate without breakfast includes the possibility of having a self-service breakfast in the room or on the terrace. The rate with breakfast, on the other hand, entitles you to a ticket for breakfast at the nearby bar.

By booking directly from our website, you can enjoy the BEST PRICE GUARANTEED and numerous other benefits, including free 24-hour check-in, late check-out, free parking until 1 pm, and luggage storage.

CHECK-IN is by appointment from 4 pm to 8 pm. If arrival is expected outside of this time slot, it is sufficient to contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional costs.

During check-in hours, we offer our tourist recommendations, which often include a restaurant or trattoria, specifying which dishes to choose from the menu. This means that our guests feel like guests and not just tourists.

Mathilda is our SAILBOAT, reachable on foot in 10 minutes, available for day trips, aperitifs, dinners, or fishing trips.

Each room has a PRIVATE BATHROOM with all linens, a hairdryer, shower soap shampoo, free wifi, heated rooms, the freedom to return at any time of the night, a bright terrace where smoking is allowed.

Those who TRAVEL BY MOTORCYCLE or bike choose us because we are close to the port, and we have parking and a small equipped workshop. Here we are all passionate motorcyclists, and those who want can contact us to ask for some advice on the itinerary and the stops of the trip.

ANIMALS are NOT ALLOWED, and SMOKING is PROHIBITED in all rooms.

The rate without breakfast actually includes the possibility of being able to prepare breakfast independently, and at no additional cost.

In fact, we have equipped a self-service breakfast corner with a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave oven, a fridge and a bottle of fresh water.

In the fridge there are always yogurt, milk, fruit juices and other drinks.

We also always offer biscuits, cakes, croissants or other packaged single-serving products. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace of the Cannoli B&B, or in the breakfast room if the weather is bad.

Those who choose the rate with breakfast receive a ticket to have breakfast at the bar nearby.

The partner bar/ice cream parlor has tables outside in a pedestrian area just a 3-minute walk from our B&B. The ticket, worth 5 Euros per person, entitles you to one thing to drink and one thing to eat, sweet or savoury, with table service.

We are on the border of the ZTL and have internal parking. A central location but easily reachable by car. From here, it is possible to reach all major tourist attractions on foot. Just a 5-minute walk from Teatro Massimo, 5 from Teatro Politeama, and 5 from the tourist port. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach several restaurants, trattorias, and pizzerias open for lunch and dinner every day.

A brand-new property, tastefully furnished in a fairly central area. Despite a few small hiccups, Pietro, the owner, was willing to help us resolve them and provided good service even though we never met. I recommend it! P.S. We chose this property at the last minute because of the private internal parking, which is hard to find in Palermo. The property satisfied our entire group of friends: it is new, stylish and clean. There was no breakfast service, but it was still equipped with a kettle, water, a coffee machine, coffee pods and even packaged croissants and biscuits. It is a stone's throw from everything and close to the port. Great value for money. In short, excellent, thank you. The owner also has a boat and, if desired, organizes outings; unfortunately we were leaving the next day. Maybe to be repeated.

For us, it was the perfectly located accommodation, as we arrived by ferry without a car and left with the rental car from Sizily by car. Everything is within walking distance, about 500m to the Opera and the surrounding shops, nearly 2km to the Cathedral. The check-in from 4 PM should be arranged with the landlord via WhatsApp, as he is not always on site. We arrived early in the morning and had to first find an open luggage storage, on that Saturday everything was closed. We found a solution at kubogreen.

I had a pleasant stay in Palermo! The location of the property is really convenient, perfect for visiting the city and getting around easily. For the rooms located in the attic, you need to climb a few stairs. The B&B Cannoli is extraordinary! Very clean and brand new. The rooms on the upper floor have a large roof window that can be opened to let in light and fresh air. The B&B Cannoli has a magnificent terrace, smoke friendly, where you can have breakfast or relax. The owner, Pietro, is very kind, friendly, and always available. Rating 10.

Gentilissimi, mi dispiace che il servizio colazione non vi sia sembrato di qualità. Tuttavia vorrei evidenziare, solo a beneficio di chi legge e non per polemizzare, che nella vostra tariffa la colazione non era inclusa. Avete quindi usufruito del servizio di colazione self service incluso nella tariffa senza colazione. La legge impone infatti prodotti monodose e confezionati che noi non facciamo pagare e lasciamo a disposizione degli ospiti. Yougurt, succhi di frutta, caffè, latte, tè, biscotti e merendine sono poco ma sono gratuiti e possono essere consumati in camera o in terrazzo. Chi invece aggiunge il costo della colazione ottiene il ticket per il bar qui vicino che invece può servire prodotti freschi.

Avevate scelto infatti una tariffa senza colazione. Very cute and original rooms. Well taken care of as well as the whole structure. Breakfast practically non-existent. Vouchers are provided in a bar where you can only get a drink and a croissant. Very nice B&B, but the room is located in an attic with a skylight and is accessed via a large staircase. We booked and paid for a parking spot, but the second night the spot was taken. After paying, we had to park outside. Breakfast is not served inside the property, but in a modest bar nearby where there is no sign of cannoli.

B&B located in a historic building near the port and the historic center, which is easily accessible on foot without worrying about the car that can be left in the convenient private parking located inside the structure. Very well-kept and modernly furnished, comfortable and clean room. Breakfast, limited to a sweet or savory option and a drink, can be enjoyed at a nearby bar. Excellent location and super nice. Very clean. Located very centrally, about 1 km from the ferry port. We came from Genoa. There are several parking spaces in the courtyard and they are also secure. Gate to the courtyard locked. There is one disadvantage, which is often the case in old buildings, also in Germany, no elevator available, so difficult for those with foot problems. Otherwise great, when we arrived we were offered a cold beer as a welcome. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the man, he immediately gave us a city map and drew many things explaining also a lot about various topics. Great! If we should visit Palermo again, we would come back here immediately. Thank you very much.

Great location, it's easy to reach the city center (5 minutes on foot). The property is located in a historic building and has been completely renovated. Unfortunately, the manager of the B&B Cannoli was not present during our stay and there were some unexpected issues.
