"Attico 33" is a new bed & breakfast located in Palermo at number 33 in via Principe di Villafranca.

The structure has 4 rooms: the "Teatro Massimo" (single room), the "Teatro Politeama" (double room), the "Marina" (double/twin room) and the "Monte Pellegrino" (triple room).

I found the room (triple) comfortable and cozy. Bathroom with a spacious shower. Bed with comfortable mattresses. Even though it's in the city center, with the possibility of walking to all points of interest, the B&B is very quiet. Francesco, ready to respond to any request, was very precise in providing all the necessary information both for the check-in, which I did independently, and for parking (on the street or in nearby private garages). Recommended!

Excellent structure, clean and with everything needed in the room for a pleasant stay. Air conditioning, mini-bar, and hairdryer. The owner is kind and very helpful for any needs or information. Highly recommended.

The B&B Attico 33 exceeded our expectations! Bedroom exactly as in the photos, comfortable beds and everything clean (corridor, room, bathroom). I was worried about the noise because I’m a light sleeper but I managed to sleep very well. Well located, and Francisco was always very proactive and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend the place and would definitely go back.

Very close to the center, well served by public transport, a decidedly residential neighborhood, very quiet and with high-end clothing stores. The B&B Attico 33 has been recently renovated, very modern. The cleanliness is perfect. The family that runs it is very pleasant and available for everything. The B&B is just a few meters from an excellent bar/pastry shop. Excellent rating in every aspect.

The property is located in a very beautiful building, in a great neighborhood of Palermo. The room was very spacious and extremely clean, cleanliness rating truly 10++++. The owner was very kind and was able to advise us on places to visit and restaurants to eat. Highly recommended, I will definitely come back.

I stayed at the B&B Attico 33 and I can say/write with absolute certainty that I couldn't have made a better choice in relation to my busy day on May 2, 2023, and my need for rest and tranquility before some important afternoon and evening work meetings. Cozy, spotless, new and stylish environment with a breakfast room, equipped with coffee pods, empty or filled croissants, sweet pastries and water, all available to guests. Extremely kind owner, friendly and ready to quickly solve any issues and/or meet any type of need that may arise during the stay. Easily reachable location with city buses or a relaxing walk from the nearby historic center of Palermo. Rating: 10 +! Thank you very much.
