Description

The Aiello B&B, renovated in August 2021, offers an exclusive panorama overlooking the sea and Mount Etna, in a strategic and well-connected location. The property is located behind the new Garibaldi Hospital, inaugurated in August 2017, just 100 meters from the pedestrian exit in the hospital parking lot. It is also close to the Humanitas Center, the Argento Clinic (about 1 km), and the Valsalva Clinic (about 1. 5 km). Just 500 meters from the B&B is the entrance to the ring road and the highways that quickly connect all the main destinations in Sicily. In about 40 minutes, you can reach the splendid Isola Bella in Taormina, the baroque UNESCO World Heritage site of Syracuse, and admire the famous mosaics of the Villa Romana del Casale in Piazza Armerina. The property is well-served by public transportation, allowing easy access to Catania's historic center, renowned for its shopping and extraordinary Baroque architecture, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Housed in a modern and elegant building, B&B Aiello offers four spacious and bright rooms, all equipped with: - private bathroom - kitchenette - TV - refrigerator - individually controlled air conditioning - Wi-Fi Maximum attention to hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is always guaranteed. Indoor parking is available upon reservation. B&B Aiello also has its own house rules: if they are not posted, you can request them directly from the manager.

I stayed at B&B Aiello on the above-mentioned days, I was immediately welcomed by the owner, very professional for the various information and accommodation. The rooms are clean and beautifully spacious, the bathroom is clean and comfortable. The rooms are well furnished and modern, the communal kitchen a great meeting point to snack on something or simply enjoy a beer in good company. In short, I recommend it.

Very cozy and clean room. Very kind owner. The only thing to improve, in my opinion, is the breakfast. The first morning there was a pack of rusks for two people and two small pangocciole, the second morning the rusks were no longer there, only the two pangocciole. In any case, no jam to spread on the rusks, nor anything else. Coffee maker available and for those who, like me, don't drink coffee, the alternative is tea, to be prepared by heating water in a microwave. Stop. It should definitely be enriched. Everything else is great, from the balcony of the room you can see Mount Etna, and furthermore, the B&B Aiello is located very close to the Garibaldi-Nesima hospital, useful for those, like us, who need medical treatments, which were the reason for our trip.

Well-equipped and clean room with a view of the sea and the volcano. Far from the center but easily accessible thanks to the metro 5 minutes away. However, the breakfast was light (a coffee and a croissant) that we didn't even have on the last morning when leaving at 6:30.

B&B Aiello recently renovated with modern and elegant furnishings completed with the use of new technology. The owner is very kind, helpful, discreet, and affectionate. I needed the B&B for a hospital stay at Garibaldi Nesima and the location is truly the best. In two minutes, you can reach the hospital and the neighborhood is well-served for every need (butcher, bakery, bar, pharmacy, tobacco shop, post office, and other services all downstairs). The cleaning staff is very professional, polite, and helpful.
