A Due Passi Dal Centro" is conveniently located in the heart of Noto's historic center, between the public gardens, the bus station, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, and the cathedral.

In the immediate vicinity, you'll find a variety of restaurants and trattorias where you can enjoy and rediscover the delicacies of local cuisine.

THE PROPERTY
It features two panoramic terraces! The first overlooks the historic center, the second offers a breathtaking view, including the splendid Noto Marina sea.

The rooms are all bright, spacious, airy, and feature balconies from which to enjoy the splendid landscape. They offer every comfort:

Comfortable and clean room, air conditioning working without issues (it was very hot those days), convenient location near the center and in a quiet neighborhood, host Alessandro very kind and helpful. Nice stay, thank you.

The bed and breakfast is in a good location, clean, and offers a good breakfast. The lady who prepares the breakfasts is very kind. Regarding the use of heating, greater transparency is needed, it must be agreed upon in advance with the manager to avoid having cold rooms.

Great choice. Large, clean room located just a few steps from the center. I did not have breakfast because I had to leave early. The host is kind and gave us excellent advice on visiting Noto and where to eat.

As the name suggests, it is just a stone's throw from the Ferdinandea gate leading to the historic center of Noto. Convenient for those like us who arrived at the train station without a car, nearby there is however a large parking lot.

Friendly and discreet welcome, very clean place and 5 minutes from the center. Superb breakfast (despite the fact that in this season I was the only guest).

B&B located in a great position, really just a few steps from the Cathedral. Excellent breakfast, the owners strive to offer the best. We were assigned a small room without a balcony but we were informed when we booked. The only negative point is the difficulty in finding free parking in the surroundings of the B&B as in the evening everyone goes up to visit the city of Noto. In any case, I recommend the B&B, Alessandro and his sister are lovely people and attentive to customer needs.

A delightful Bed & Breakfast, although a few steps from the center, in a quiet area. Bathrooms and furnishings very clean. The breakfast is almost continental, enriched by delicious homemade jams. We will go there again.

My husband and I spent 3 days in Noto for Ferragosto. Beautiful city. We had a great time both for the availability of Alessandro, the B&B manager from the beginning, and for the kindness of Martina, his colleague. If we were to return to Noto, we would definitely stay here.

For the Infiorata I was in Noto and chose the B&B 'A Due Passi dal Centro'. I couldn't have chosen better. Very central location that allowed us to easily walk around the entire city. Extremely clean rooms and a breakfast full of goodness. Thank you for the hospitality, I will definitely recommend this property.

We stayed for four nights during Easter, Mr. Alessandro, a very helpful person facing any request. The B&B is located in a strategic position "a stone's throw from the Duomo", excellent cleanliness, fridge, air conditioning, large LCD TV, bathroom with hairdryer, new structure. The B&B A Few Steps From the Cathedral is definitely among the best facilities visited during the stay in Sicily. Great location, a few steps from the cathedral, impeccable cleanliness and order. Excellent and abundant breakfast, impossible to resist the orange juices and fresh seasonal fruit. The most appreciable aspect is the courtesy and availability of the manager. I recommend it.

We stayed only one night. The B&B is really a few steps from the center. The furniture is essential and nice, clean and bright. It is in a quiet area where you can park the car quietly and walk on foot. The owner is very kind and very helpful.
