The B&B "A Due Passi Dal Centro" is located in the heart of the historic center of Noto, in an advantageous position between the public gardens where the bus station and the Vittorio Emanuele course and the cathedral are located.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find a series of small restaurants and trattorias where you can taste and discover the delicacies of the local cuisine.
THE STRUCTURE
It has two panoramic terraces! The first overlooks the historic center, the second a breathtaking view that also includes the beautiful sea of Noto Marina.
The rooms are all bright, spacious, airy and equipped with a balcony from which you can enjoy the beautiful landscape. Inside, you will find every comfort:
- 50-liter capacity fridge in the room;
- Parking for motorcycles;
- Air conditioning;
- Bathroom in the room with a shower;
- 32 "Full HD TV;
- Hairdryer;
- Writing desk;
- Free Wi-fi;
- Breakfast;

The rich breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30. In winter, it is served in a large room that also serves as a TV room and reading room, while in the summer, it is served on the panoramic terrace where you can admire the splendid Noto.
Also, upon request, it is possible to visit/transfer to places of tourist interest such as Vendicari, ancient Noto, Calamosche, Marzamemi, Villa Romana del Tellaro, Lido di Noto, Syracuse, etc.

As the name suggests, it is just a stone's throw from the Ferdinandea gate leading to the historic center of Noto. Convenient for those like us who arrived at the train station without a car, nearby there is however a large parking lot.

Friendly and discreet welcome, very clean place and 5 minutes from the center. Superb breakfast (despite the fact that in this season I was the only guest).

B&b situato in un'ottima posizione, davvero a pochi passi dal duomo. Colazione ottima, i proprietari si impegnano per offrire il massimo. A noi è capitata una stanza piccola senza balcone ma eravamo stati avvisati quando abbiamo prenotato. Unica nota negativa è la difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio libero nei dintorni del B&B in quanto la sera tutti salgono a visitare la città di noto. In ogni caso consiglio il B&B, Alessandro e la sorella sono persone squisite e attente alle esigenze del cliente.

Un B&B delizioso, anche se a pochi passi dal centro zona tranquilla.
Bagni e arredamenti molto puliti. La colazione quasi continentale arricchita da deliziose confetture fatte in casa. Ci andremo un'altra volta.

Io e mio marito, abbiamo trascorso per ferragosto 3 giorni a Noto. Città bellissima. Ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per la disponibilità di Alessandro il gestore del B&B sin da subito che per la gentilezza di Martina la sua collaboratrice. Se dovessimo ritornare a Noto, sicuramente alloggeremo qui.

Per l'Infiorata sono stata a Noto e ho scelto questo B&B. Non potevo scegliere di meglio. Posizione centralissima che ci ha permesso di girare tranquillamente tutta la città. Camere pulitissime e colazione ricca di bontà. Grazie per l'accoglienza, consiglierò sicuramente questa struttura.

Abbiamo pernottato per quattro notti durante la pasqua, il sig Alessandro, persona molto disponibile, di fronte a qualsiasi richiesta.
il B&B è situato in una posizione strategica "a pochi passi dal duomo", pulizia eccellente, frigo, aria condizionata, tv lcd grande, bagno con asciugacapelli, struttura nuova.

Il B&B A Pochi Passi Dal Duomo è sicuramente tra le migliori strutture visitate durante il soggiorno in Sicilia.
Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dal duomo, pulizia e ordine impeccabili.
Colazione ottima e abbondante, impossibile resistere alle spremute d’arance e alla frutta fresca di stagione.
L’aspetto più apprezzabile è la cortesia e disponibilità del gestore.
Lo consiglio.

Ottima struttura, nuova, pulita e accogliente.
Gestori disponibilissimi, si parcheggia facilmente davanti la struttura stessa e in 3 minuti a piedi si è sul magnifico corso principale di Noto.
Ci si sente a casa, coccolati da Martina.

Ottima accoglienza ci sono venuti incontro poiché non conoscevamo bene il paese.
Vicino al centro di Noto, è una costruzione nuovissima con tutte le comodità.

Siamo stati solo una notte, il B&B è veramente a pochi passi dal centro arredamento essenziale e carino pulito e luminoso, è in una zona tranquilla dove si può parcheggiare tranquillamente la macchina e passeggiare a piedi, il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile.
