It is located in the renowded touristic area of San Vito Lo Capo, at the far North western point of Sicily, in province of Trapani.

Our holiday houses lie in a suggestive, uncontaminated natural context to the boundary between sky, blue sea, land and mounts. A charming frame of peace and relax, among unusual roads and unforgettable dawns so as extraordinary sunsets. This is the “Usciere” oasis, for an harmonious and alternative vacation, in freedom, in just a 1 km from the inhabited center of San Vito Lo Capo.

The residence area, exclusively for guests staying, is divided in many small villas, surrounded by a land spread over a surface of 25, 000, sea front, from which to enjoy a picturesque suggestive landscape: westward San Vito Lo Capo is located on its lovely bay, up the tip of Sicily, with its charming lighthouse; eastward the “lanternino” of “Punta Solanto”, the “Torre dell’Usciere”. Also the ancient and evocative factory of the tunafish “Tonnara del Secco” before the eyelook get enchanted by the wide horizons all the way up to the “Zingaro natural Reserve”.

The Residence has, within 200 metres, a private access to a stretch of pebbly and rocky coast, favourite dwelling, in some periods of the year, of royal sea-gulls. The lovers of the Nature will discover a wonderful sight, an area of rural characteristic and quiet rhythms of the ancient times.

The limestone hill of “Monte Monaco” with its particular shape, it is entirely to discover by foot or by bycle, is pleasant to walk, to explore and appreciate such a singular context.

The "Baglio del Sole" Residence is located in the famous tourist resort of San Vito Lo Capo, on the far tip of northwestern Sicily, in the province of Trapani, in a striking natural habitat 200 meters from the sea, approximately 300 meters from the ancient "tonnara del secco", about 5/6 kilometers from the "riserva naturale dello zingaro" and only 1 kilometer from the town center.

You need to have a car, the area is not served by public transport

Nearby there is a free municipal parking lot about 300 meters from the beach, which is also served by a free shuttle bus that takes tourists to the various entrances to the beach and also to the town center.

The Residence, reserved "exclusively for staying guests", is divided into Vacation Homes or Villas of different types (recently built, furnished, equipped, air-conditioned), surrounded by a property of approximately thirty thousand square meters of fenced land, facing the sea, with a barbecue area/gazebo, playground, and parking lot.

I gave the maximum score because before the structure, I usually judge the person who welcomes us and Ms. Flavia is a delightful, helpful, and serious person! She welcomed us by giving us all the necessary information about the structure and what to do during our vacation days in San Vito lo Capo. Regarding the structure, it is an oasis of peace, a little outside the village but not too far, clean and well-maintained, and located on the road leading to the Zingaro Nature Reserve. The pool nestled between the sea and Mount Monaco was a moment of relaxation for us, in the evening when we returned from our outings, there was always a light breeze in the garden of the house, something one could only dream of in the village. I highly recommend this structure; with my family, we had a wonderful time!

The photos do not do justice to this wonderful establishment, nestled in nature but close to the center and the beach. The owner/manager is an extremely efficient, organized, and helpful person, as well as sensitive to individual needs. I thank her for this stay, I believe it is truly rare as an establishment from all points of view. Furthermore, the pool allowed us to entertain my youngest son and manage to relax.

The Baglio del Sole is located in a stunning landscape, between Monte Monaco and the sea. The view stretches far between sky and sea. From the complex, one can indeed enjoy the sunrise on one side and the sunset on the other. The baglio consists of a series of small houses, each with its own covered and shaded veranda, equipped with a table, chairs, a relaxation area with deck chairs, an outdoor cold shower, and a washbasin. In the bedroom, there is air conditioning and the bed is very comfortable. In the kitchen, among other things, a large refrigerator and a Nespresso machine with a couple of welcome capsules. In the bathroom, there is a shower box. The apartment was clean, as was the linen. The complex is constantly maintained by two very helpful handymen for any eventuality. There is also a pool area (above ground) and a really comfortable communal picnic/barbecue area. Flavia, the landlady, is a person attentive to her guests and truly available, as well as very precise. One should go there and return. Two minutes by car from the center and the beach of San Vito Lo Capo. 15 minutes from the northern entrance of the Zingaro Nature Reserve.

A beautiful property, located a few minutes from the center, near various supermarkets immersed in an olive grove at the foot of Monte Monaco. In the charming cottages all comforts: from the coffee pod machine to the microwave, fridge, everything working and new air conditioning. Mrs. Flavia is a very skilled and prepared person, always available and prompt in solving any kind of problem, what can I say I recommend it.

I stayed for two weeks with my family, everything very clean, tidy and according to the description. Very quiet place, with breathtaking sunsets over the lighthouse of S. Vito. Friendly staff and a very useful pool especially for children! Highly recommended!

We stayed as guests, my wife and I, at the Baglio del Sole property. A magical place, immersed in a beautiful natural setting: on one side the splendid sea of San Vito Lo Capo and on the other the Monte Monaco. Very close to the wonderful Zingaro reserve and the Tonnara del Secco (about 300 meters). The independent villas are all beautiful, well-equipped, and very clean. Ours had a magnificent view overlooking the lighthouse of San Vito. The owner of the residence, Mrs. Flavia, is very kind and available for any request. She was able to advise us on excursions, places to visit, unmissable beaches, restaurants, and much more. She even provided us with a complete itinerary of Palermo that we intended to see and which proved to be very useful. Definitely there is no better place to spend a vacation in a magical place where tranquility and relaxation are absolutely considered. We will definitely come back!

Residence Baglio del Sole, a beautiful structure a few minutes by car from the center of San Vito lo Capo. We stayed for two weeks and found an unparalleled peace and tranquility. The residence is far enough from the road (however, not very busy) to not hear any car and truck noises. The entrance leads to the cottages via a driveway with many olive trees and oleanders on the sides. Internal parking, pool, area for barbecuing also equipped with a tap with mineral water available to customers. The villas with air conditioning and TV, comfortable and cozy. The really nice thing is the small garden belonging to the cottages, where you can eat under a wooden canopy or sunbathe on deck chairs. Breakfast in the open air in such incredible peace we had never experienced before. In addition, there is the kindness and availability of Mrs. Flavia and her parents, who really made us feel at home! To reach the beach of San Vito, a car or a bicycle is necessary. Quality/price ratio: unbeatable!

My family and I spent a wonderful week in this very quiet structure immersed in a beautiful landscape. Each apartment in the residence was equipped with every comfort and the interior furnishings of the accommodations were functional and well-kept. Outside, there was also a private garden with a sink and a shower. Maximum availability from Mrs. Flavia, who tried to accommodate us even regarding the arrival and departure times. The residence enjoys a very good location, in fact, it is just a few minutes from the center of San Vito lo Capo, but also from the Zingaro Reserve and the Monte Cofano Reserve. Excellent value for money and very suitable for families. If I had to return to San Vito lo Capo, I would know where to stay.

We stayed for a week at the Baglio del Sole and we were truly very satisfied. The structure is an oasis that, slightly away from the pedestrian area of the village, allows for quick and easy accessibility by car and at the same time offers greater tranquility and an excellent view of the landscape. There was no problem with the car, which can be left in the internal parking lot, while sunbathing by the pool contemplating Monte Monaco and the sea at the same time is priceless: we will definitely return.
