Finely furnished and air conditioned. Access with internal lift that connects the apartment to the Spa in total privacy or from an external staircase.
Double bedroom, 50 "TV and private bathroom;
living room with double sofa bed, 43 "TV and private bathroom;
equipped kitchen.
Dépandance Ficus, ground floor, independent access
Studio with air-conditioned and equipped.
Kitchenette / dining room equipped; French sofa bed, tv and private bathroom.
SPA (paid entrance can be booked on tel. 366/4350647)
With hydromassage, tropical shower, sauna/biosauna and herbal tea corner.
Facial and body rituals can be booked starting from 60 euros.

At the entrance to the structure a welcome basket will be offered, the fridge and pantry will be stocked with comfort foodstuffs, useful for the first days

Just back from our stay, we still carry the well-being that this place gives you. The structure is an ancient farmhouse expertly renovated, immersed in the Modican countryside without creating contrasts. Here you breathe harmony; the furnishings, the scent of the linen, the welcome basket with typical local products, the order and cleanliness. Even the smallest details envelop you and make you feel at home. It is noticeable that there is a great passion behind welcoming guests and Eloisa with her courtesy and availability makes the stay more enjoyable. Privacy is fully respected. The weather conditions did not allow us to enjoy the outdoor spaces, which were still clean and tidy. But the warmth of the house, the pleasant panorama, the precious herbal teas, and the comfortable spa pampered us more than ever! Thank you Eloisa for the care you have put into this place.

I waited a few days before writing this review, hoping that the nostalgia would fade allowing me to be a bit more concise. Nothing, nope. Villa Atem is addictive! It is the absolute best place where my family and I have spent peaceful vacations. Beautiful villa, cared for in every detail. Details that emerge day by day and that you hadn't noticed before, nothing is missing, in fact, the structure is equipped to accommodate every type of guest. The pool is impeccably cared for, enjoyable with satisfaction for both adults and children and above all safe, then at night it becomes magical among the lights and scents of the nearby countryside. The garden with its hedge and olive and carob trees providing shade from the August sun were a shelter and a tonic for our little dog at the same time. The spa with its comforts, a bonus that gave us an afternoon of absolute relaxation. The welcome, the kindness, and the discretion with which the owners are described deserve a whole separate chapter, as well as the cleanliness and hygiene. We hope to return soon to be their guests!

Brand new facility in the Modica countryside. Renovated with taste and attention to detail. Respecting the original structure. Beautiful garden and private pool. Beautiful spa available and very good massage and beauty treatments offered. The kindness of the hosts is noteworthy. Attentive to every need, but with the utmost respect for privacy. Surrounding area rich in places of culture, art, and gastronomy. The sea is 10 minutes away. Highly recommended.

A comfortable structure, immersed in the quiet of the Modica countryside. We very much appreciated the attention to detail: all the products made available (from food to bath products) are the result of meticulous research in the area. A holiday we will never forget and that we will try to repeat as soon as possible!
