The Appartamento Astrea is located in a strategic location being near the main attractions of the city. Inside offers every comfort necessary, such as air conditioning and tv 22'' lcd. All guests can freely use the kitchen. We are available for transportation to and from the station and to house and care for your four-legged friends. For more information on events and offers please contact us.

Our guests will have the opportunity to walk and shop along the shopping streets to follow cultural events and exhibitions.

About shopping, we have entered into an agreement with several multi-brand stores, which will apply discounts up to 50% even in non-sales periods.

A preface: This has never happened to me before. I made the reservation (room with private bathroom) six months in advance... Result: I had to endure staying in another room with an external bathroom (smelly and dilapidated)! Why did the manager decide this? The breakfast included in the reservation was no longer included because the bar where it was supposed to be served had closed (according to the manager). In all this, I had contacted the manager by email a few days before arrival to confirm my presence and agree on the check-in procedures: I never received a response, except the day before by phone, because I contacted him. One piece of advice: Avoid! P.S.: A riddle that is hard to solve: Why is such an establishment listed by Bed-and-Breakfast.it among the "Top BnB"? MYSTERY!

Capisco la sua frustrazione a fronte del mio errore, ma come spesso accade trovo eccessivamente penalizzante il suo commento. Una considerazione la voglio fare circa il prezzo. AVETE PAGATO PER UNA QUADRUPLA CON BAGNO PRIVATO 45 EURO AL GIORNO. Prezzo scontato per supplire al mio errore, ma non è bastato.

The room is spacious and especially away from sources of noise and traffic. It would be useful to have a mirror and some accessories in the bathroom, but overall it went well. Alessandro was very helpful and allowed us an early check-in. It's also easy to find a parking spot because there are no blue stalls or ZTL! Breakfast at Bar Neri where we chose a piece of fresh ricotta cake with a good coffee. We will come back.

Terrible. Bar 500 meters away for breakfast. Insufficient breakfast. A coffee and a croissant. Supplemented with 2 cappuccinos and a croissant at our expense. Dirty shutters. Wrinkled towels. Not even a bottle of fresh water, in this heat, the bottle costs 20 cents. Room on the fourth floor. All stairs. Unironed sheets. Nightstand in the bathroom with rusty legs. Shower tray without anti-slip. The convenience near the theater does not mean there are inconveniences.

Grazie per la vostra gentilezza e poca obbiettività Circa cilasione è tutto opinabile se voleva un banchetto forse doveva pagare di più circa la stiratura se me ne avesse parlato le avrei spiegato che la lavanderia ci ha restituito tutto lavato ma non stirato quindi un piccolo disguido L'antiscivolo in bagno è anti igienico non dovrebbe essere presente. Ultima questione le scale sono menzionate nella descrizione se non legge non è colpa mia.

Great location for those wanting to attend performances at the Greek Theater. Otherwise, spacious rooms, private bathroom outside the room, impeccable cleanliness. Positive: The price is economical, (4 people, breakfast included) and I did not give a deposit for the reservation, the apartment is close to Ortigia (center) and the archaeological area. The affiliated bar for breakfast has a kind and nice manager, the coffee is excellent and the pastries are good. Negative: The bathroom always emitted bad odors, the shower was "old-fashioned", there was only 1 towel for the bidet, upon request we received 2 more + 1 for the face. The shutter did not close completely and there were small holes open letting light through. The other guest smoked and our room smelled a bit on the first day.

I did not know Syracuse, it was the first time I visited and I must say that I was fortunate to stay with my wife and our son in this splendid B&B in a central position near the most important monuments and tourist sites. We were pleasantly surprised by the extreme cleanliness of the room and bathroom, which is fundamental for us, and by the attention to detail in the furnishings. We highly recommend it also for the low and extremely convenient price.

Convenient location but on a very busy and noisy street. Good breakfast, although at a bar 50 meters away. The property is not located at the indicated address. Many problems encountered: humidity in the walls, broken plaster in some areas with huge holes behind, very dirty air conditioner (unhealthy air), small and poorly utilized room, there was no wardrobe, only drawers and shelves (a chest of drawers was added in front of the shelves!). In the bathroom, all the metal parts are rusty, the door handle would come off in our hands with each use. And I could continue. Experience to forget.

The structure looks good, but could improve in the details. There is a kettle, but there are no cups and coffee or tea. There is a fridge, but it would be nice to find a small bottle of water. In the bathroom, there are missing support bases, there was a hairdryer but the adapter was missing to make it work. In short, small adjustments that would enhance the quality of the B&B. Excellent location for the theater of Siracusa, next to the Paolo Orsi museum. In front of the house, parking is easily found. Alessandro, the owner, was very kind, he recommended us some great restaurants to eat.

We were kindly welcomed. Clean room. Breakfast not served on site but we had to go to a nearby bar, still included. Only issue: room on the third floor, luckily they helped us with the trolleys. They had also offered us the possibility to move to another room on the ground floor in another structure, but we did not accept because it was farther from where we had parked. Attention, there are 2 addresses for Astrea. The unofficial one is noisy (busy street) and the isolation between the apartments is not perfect. It takes 20 minutes to get to the old city center of Syracuse. The owner remains available. Breakfast is in a bakery 100 meters away which is good and very enjoyable. Parking is free and next to the apartment.

I stayed for one night at the b&b Astrea. This time I was in a room in a renovated apartment, all with new furniture. The kitchen was equipped with a refrigerator. The location is close to the Sanctuary and the Greek Theater. Breakfast is at a nearby bar. When I return to Siracusa, it will be my reference b&b, hoping to find a spot.

The room, very spacious and clean, corresponds to the photos. The bathroom is very large and equipped with everything necessary. Just outside the structure, there is the bus stop for the tourist bus that goes to Ortigia and Syracuse. About 10 minutes away, with a quiet walk, you reach the archaeological area of Neapolis where the Greek theater is located. Alessandro turned out to be an excellent manager, super helpful and welcoming. I definitely recommend it and hope to be able to return soon.

The structure is well renovated, equipped with every comfort. However, the room where I stayed was quite humid and I used the duvet during the night, even though the outside temperatures were already quite high. Good welcome from Alessandro. Well located accommodation next to the ancient ruins of Syracuse, and not very far from the center, about 1km to Ortigia. Parking without too much difficulty on the streets or nearby parking. Spacious rooms and good bedding, breakfast with a warm welcome in a bar 80m away, bathrooms a bit chilly in mid-season because the radiators do not work, air conditioning in the rooms ok.

Comfortable and convenient B&B. We only stayed one night to attend the performances at the Greek theater, very close and easily reachable on foot. The owner was courteous and helpful. The three rooms are simple, essential, and very spacious. Absolute silence and comfortable beds. Independent heating and air conditioning. Breakfast more than sufficient in a dedicated room. Important to know: The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator. One room has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two have a large bathroom each, but in the corridor. We had a great experience and will gladly return.

More than good structure especially in relation to prices. Available manager, just a pity for the lack of the elevator, but it can be tolerated.

We were hosted by the very kind manager in a brand new facility on Via Teocrito, in a very cool and quiet, spotlessly clean room. Excellent location, in front of the Sanctuary, next to the Archaeological Museum, a stone's throw from the archaeological complex of San Giovanni, a few minutes, walk from the Theater, in front of bus shuttle stop n°2, which reaches the terminus, Molo Sant'Antonio, from where n° 1 goes to Ortigia (single ticket - duration 90'; no need for a car). To be confirmed for a next visit.

The place is very clean and welcoming. It is well located, in fact, it is close to the archaeological area where the Greek theater is also located, it is close to museums and a supermarket. It is also well connected to the city center, as the bus stop is about 200 meters away. The breakfast is plentiful. The place is quiet and with easy parking. Very close to the archaeological park and the center of Ortigia. The manager is very attentive. Too bad it's a fourth floor without an elevator.

Wonderful structure, excellent cleanliness, strategic location to visit the city. Alessandro, the manager, is a delightful and very kind person. Highly recommended, we will gladly return as soon as possible to continue visiting Syracuse and its attractions.

The bedrooms and the bathroom are very comfortable. The owner is friendly and helpful. It is just a few steps from the theater, reachable on foot, 5 minutes from everything, shops, commercial activities, and 15 minutes from Ortigia. There is the possibility of parking freely near the property, in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent quality price ratio. It is highly recommended, it is already the third consecutive year we are visiting.

Vi ringrazia per le cose carine che mi avete scritto per la recensione positiva. Ma un grazie speciale ve lo devo per la civiltà con la quale avete lasciato la stanza. Quando sono entrato ho pensato che nessuno l'avesse usata siete stati i migliori ospiti da quando ho aperto. Questi piccoli grandi gesti mi hanno reso la giornata migliore grazie di cuore P.s. A casa mia troverete sempre un amico e visto che ci siamo se tornerete prezzo di 40 a notte è il minimo. ultima cosa cercatemi si fb. se ci siete. Buona giornata.
