It is located in the tourist district of the city, where in addition to admire and live the nightlife in Catania during the day you can visit the various attractions of Catania such as the Archaeological Park of the city, the Greek Theater, the Roman Odeon, the Roman Baths, bellisima via Crociferi in Baroque style, the Benedictine Monastery and a few steps you reach the beautiful Piazza Duomo and the historic fish market "A Piscaria" and the very famous Fiera di Catania
The neighborhood is stocked with everything, bars, tobacconists, Mac Donald, bakery, pharmacy, food market, the famous market where you can buy fresh fish and all kinds of cheeses and the night comes alive with restaurants and night clubs. The location is ideal for those who do not want to use the car, you will find at 1, 5 km the bus station and the train station that lead to nearby tourist cities (Syracuse, P. Armerina, Noto, Palermo, Avola, Ragusa, Enna, Taormina, Acireale, Etna). Do not miss the incredible spectacle of the feast of St. Agatha (3, 4 and 5 February), with the procession passing underneath our balconies.

Location, location, location! If you want to stay right in the heart of Catania, in walking distance of every noteworthy location of the city, the Art Fashion House is the place to be! Located in the center of via Etnea, in a limited traffic zone, the old palazzo gives you the aristocratic vibe and you can sleep like a Sicilian noble man (or woman), admiring the high decorated ceilings or observe the hustle and bustle from Catania from the balcony. The hostess Arcangela is a living encyclopedia about the history of Catania and will entertain you with all myths and curiosity about the city. She knows more than any tour guide, so this is definitely a further plus point. Highly recommended, never stop, never change :-)
