The Teatro Massimo apartment is a charming residence located in the heart of Palermo, just 50 meters away from the famous Teatro Massimo in the pedestrian area of the historic center. This vacation home has been completely renovated and equipped with an elevator to ensure maximum comfort. The spacious studio (40 square meters) is characterized by a beautiful frescoed ceiling and an independent entrance that will give you the privacy you seek. The large room, tastefully furnished, offers a sleeping area, a dining area, and a hidden kitchenette. The private bathroom, equipped with a shower, is located in the room. The apartment can accommodate from 1 to 4 people and is air-conditioned, with a TV and free Wi-Fi internet connection. Thanks to its location, you can easily visit the city without using a car. The port, train station, bus stop from the airport, and tourist attractions are all within walking distance of the apartment. Furthermore, the area is full of restaurants and typical bars to discover in the characteristic alleys of the historic center. In short, the Teatro Massimo apartment represents the perfect location for your holidays.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Tutto ottimo tranne per l'acqua calda, 2 adulti ed una bambina per 3 giorni non siamo mai riusciti a fare tutti la doccia in quanto lo scaldabagno molto piccolo (50 litri).
