The Apollonion Country House is located in the heart of the Plemmirio Marine Protected Reserve, surrounded by pristine blue sea. It has four double rooms with private bathrooms and all the necessary comforts, as well as a swimming pool. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people.

The entire property is fenced and has a parking area. The house is surrounded by a large and beautiful garden, with a paved veranda, umbrellas, sun loungers and tables.

The kitchen is very large and modern, with views of the veranda and the pool. The house is perfect for families with children, as it is well fenced and surrounded by greenery. Guests of a second property unit, located in the same area and with a maximum capacity of 4 people, can access the pool.

The manager is Chef Carlo Puglisi, a 65-year-old man from Syracuse and owner of the Apollonion restaurant in Syracuse (Ortigia), currently ranking high in important international guides and travel portals.

Since 2016, he has left the direct management of the restaurant to his children, Renzo and Monica, to fully dedicate himself to his lifelong dream, the Apollonion Country House, together with his wife Mirella.

Besides managing the property, Carlo also takes care of the kitchen, mainly breakfasts with some unexpected gastronomic surprises.

Having the opportunity to stay in several Sicilian Bed and Breakfasts, I can affirm, without a shadow of a doubt, that Apollonion Country House is the best I have stayed in. Everything new (it's not been open for long), saltwater pool! Cozy and clean rooms, possibility of horseback riding excursions, very close to the sea (stunning!), rich and delicious breakfast. I seem to not forget anything.

Beautiful place, there are four rooms overlooking a pool. The place is immersed in greenery, quiet. Within a few minutes by car you can reach several beaches in the area. The breakfast is delicious: from fresh croissants to fruit, from bread to savory; everything is very fresh and made at the moment. The owner is kind and never invasive.

Really beautiful property. We stayed only one night but everything was perfect. Brand new, clean rooms equipped with all the comforts. Courteous and helpful owners. Beautiful pool. I highly recommend this property.
