Alain salve, ho appena parlato con i receptionist e mi hanno confermato che non c’è stata nessuna lamentela da parte sua. Come mai pulizia 5? I locali vengono puliti quotidianamente e controllati. Se lei avesse fatto notare qualcosa che non andava saremmo intervenuti prontamente magari cambiando anche appartamento. Così non è stato. I nostri ospiti hanno una reception a disposizione. Ma lei non ha comunicato nulla. Ci spiace leggere questo quando sappiamo di essere sempre presenti per venire incontro alle esigenze dei nostri ospiti.

Great location of the structure! In the heart of the historic center and a stone's throw from the sea. Angelo is always very helpful and full of initiatives. He proposed the food tour with Vincenzo with whom we visited the most beautiful places in Trapani with their history, as well as tasting the delicacies of the place. At the reception there are courteous and helpful guys. Highly recommended structure!
