Description
Located in the center of Catania, just a stone's throw away from Via Etnea, this recently renovated B&B offers two double rooms with private bathrooms. The rooms are bright and comfortable, equipped with heating, air conditioning, TV, and WiFi. Bed linen, towels, and bathroom amenities will be provided upon your arrival, and breakfast is included in the price. Bars, supermarkets, tobacco shops, and bakeries are available along the street where the property is located. A green park is located right in front of the building.

For any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us. The area is well-served by public transport, which is useful for reaching the beaches, the airport, the port, and the station in just a few minutes. We are located 400m from the metro stop. Furthermore, for those who come by car, there is a large, free, unguarded parking lot right in front of the property.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Particularly recommended for a stay in Catania for two couples who know each other. Manager always available and very friendly. Beautiful and comfortable rooms.

Very happy with our booking. Everything was clean. Well organized. 20 minutes walking from the center, but for us was perfect because you have a free parking lot just in front of the building. You can drive and park easily to the center. Also it's a quiet and secure area. There are two separate rooms with common area for breakfast, with independent entrance.

Very welcoming structure located inside a nice condominium in a very quiet residential area a 25-minute walk from the center. Extremely helpful manager, very clean room (tidied up daily!). Excellent self-service breakfast.
