Breakfast
Breakfast is served as a buffet featuring a variety of sweet items such as homemade cakes, tarts, and pastries, alongside savory options including cheeses, cured meats, and eggs.
Local products are often included, along with jams made from oranges, mandarins, or lemons, as well as traditional sweets like Sicilian cannoli, "buccellati," and almond desserts.
Hot beverages accompany the breakfast, including coffee, cappuccino, tea, and freshly squeezed orange juice.
We always ask our guests if they have any intolerances or allergies and inform them in advance about the breakfast items we offer.

I am Sicilian, born in Palermo, and I have spent many years in Rome and Piedmont. My wife is from Piedmont.
We both have a passion for the sea and enjoy the pleasure of being in good company. Together, we've decided to return to Sicily and focus on hospitality in a family-friendly atmosphere, surrounded by olive trees, orange, and lemon trees in a healthy and peaceful environment. We are away from the city's noise and at a comfortable distance from the summer hustle and bustle. To share all of this, we've dedicated a portion of our large, fully electric, recently renovated home—designed to have a low environmental impact thanks to our solar panel system—to hospitality.
We love the sea. We enjoy sailing even in the winter. We like to fish from our boat. We also enjoy cooking with local products and eating well. At least once a week, we fire up our barbecue to grill fish, meat, and vegetables.
We also take pleasure in guiding our guests on visits to major cities like Palermo and Trapani.
At the end of October, we focus on harvesting olives to produce our own olive oil.
We also dedicate a part of our garden to growing vegetables that we consume ourselves.
We have a few animals. Stracciatella is our adorable dog, who came to visit us one day as a lost puppy. In our garden, we also have seven beautiful cats.
We believe that the time and care given to customers are crucial for establishing lasting relationships. With our warmth, availability, services, products, and family, we are confident that we offer that extra touch that encourages guests to return and enjoy our region.
