Description

Alighieri 21 is our place.

We live on the ground floor, the three spacious rooms we have obtained are on the first and second floor and are also ideal for couples and families with children.

These take their name from our grandchildren: Marco, Flavia and Federico.

Our small but charming Bed & Breakfast located in San Vito Lo Capo, is only 100 meters from the sandy beach and a 5-minute walk from the main street, where the Cous Cous Fest and many events take place every year.

You can enjoy our breakfast with local products directly in the outdoor spaces of our rooms.

Family welcome, breakfast with typical Sicilian products and relaxation just a few steps from the sea

Hello! We are Vito and Maria, born and raised in San Vito Lo Capo.

We live on the ground floor of our Bed & Breakfast and we are always happy to welcome new and loyal guests, telling them stories and traditions of Sicily, but also the most beautiful places and beaches to visit and dishes and restaurants to try!

Area seaside

The B&B is located on "Via Alighieri 21", a quiet street just 100 meters from the sandy beach of San Vito Lo Capo. Easily reachable are bakeries, trattorias, restaurants, delis, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors, markets, and pharmacies. The main street is just a 5-minute walk from the B&B.

Parking: We are located in a Limited Traffic Zone: when arriving by car/motorbike at the B&B, you can unload your luggage. We do not have our own parking, but there are these solutions available: a guarded outdoor car park with a pick-up and drop-off service directly at the B&B (€10.00 per day), or a free unguarded car park about 2 km from the B&B.

Transfer: You can take advantage of the transfer service by requesting information and availability from GTT Transfer, whose phone number is 349 5434017 or 366 7169981.

Beach service: As a B&B and not a hotel, we do not have a equipped area on the beach of San Vito Lo Capo, but it is possible to request the service directly on site through private companies about 100 meters from the B&B (the cost for an umbrella and two sunbeds is approximately €15.00 per day).

Restaurant: Among the many restaurants in San Vito, we particularly recommend "Crik & Crok", just 50 meters from the B&B, whose chef and owner is our son, who has already won the international "Cous Cous Fest" and "GiroTonno" awards in Sardinia. His menu offers both traditional dishes and raw and cooked revisited seafood recipes.

My family and I stayed at this wonderful B&B for 10 unforgettable days and we loved everything: the property, the location, but especially the owners, Mrs. Maria and Mr. Vito, unique and extraordinary people who made us feel at home from the first day. And that is exactly what you feel: at breakfast, in the furnishings, in the pleasant aromas; nothing but home, family and love. We have never felt better than at Alighieri 21, which gave us more than we expected. It is hard to explain: to anyone reading this I say try what we experienced, because only by experiencing it firsthand can you truly understand how simply beautiful this place is. If one day we return to San Vito it will be only to stay at this property. As if that were not enough, I add that the B&B is 100 m from a unique beach with crystal-clear, unrepeatable water, and within a few meters it offers all the comforts for every need. Our hearts are still there; we can still smell the pane cunzato at breakfast and Mrs. Maria's wonderful cakes. The magic of Sicily is all here. Thank you for everything. We will see each other again soon.

It was a really comfortable stay of 4 days. The owners were very helpful and kind to all of us, especially to the children. The property is just steps from the sea, so we could go back and forth whenever we wanted. We will definitely return. Thank you for your hospitality, Mr. Vito and Mrs. Maria.

We had a very nice stay during our trip. The host, Vito, is really nice. The language difference was not a problem as we communicated through Google Translate. The property was clean and tidy, the room is very spacious with air conditioning as it gets really hot outside. The breakfast was really tasty and had multiple options with coffee and fruits. The location was close to everything and only 2 minutes walking from the beach and restaurants.

The bed and breakfast of Mr. Vito Pace is comfortable, centrally located, a few steps from the sea. Mr. Vito is kind and helpful, the atmosphere is very peaceful, excellent for holidays.

Great stay with top-notch in-house amenities (shower, bathrooms, beds, fan, and air conditioner). The only point I feel like suggesting to improve is the breakfast because often there were more things than what is consumed but maybe not always to everyone's liking. The suggestion, considering that there are not many rooms and people, is to ask beforehand if there is something that is preferred over others (for example a cake instead of croissants, or sometimes a Sicilian dessert like cannoli, genovese, cassata) we believe it costs less to the B&B and is more accommodating to people on vacation, of course, it's a suggestion but the stay was excellent.
