Description
The holiday home Al Ficodindia is located near Sampieri, a small district of Scicli, known for its expansive beach dominated by the ancient Pisciotto furnace, and just a short walk (200 m) from the small beach at Costa di Carro.
It consists of a large building surrounded by greenery, divided into four comfortable independent units of varying sizes: a two-room apartment for 4 people, two three-room apartments for 4-6 people, and an upstairs three-room apartment for 4-8 people.
The summer heat is not an issue, as the apartments feature numerous windows and the sea breeze makes even the hottest days pleasant. Additionally, all apartments have air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Each unit has its own private entrance, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, and a television, along with a designated shaded outdoor area (either a gazebo in the garden or a small terrace) furnished with garden furniture.
Moreover, all guests can enjoy common areas such as the large garden with a vegetable patch and orchard, a shared kitchen, a library, a barbecue area, an outdoor shower, and a laundry room.
Guests are provided with bed and bath linens with weekly changes, kitchen utensils, and upon request, a crib or baby bed, high chair, iron, hairdryer, blender, grill, bicycles, and beach umbrellas.
Minimum stay: 2 nights.

Sea view, a stone's throw from a wonderful beach. The host is very kind, present but discreet. A structure created with wisdom and passion, it is quite evident. Many details are the result of thought and experience, from the external hot shower separated by a curtain, to the shared kitchen with an honest bar always open, to each apartment having its own reserved outdoor space. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for hosting us.

Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. It is possible to reach the beach in a couple of minutes on foot. The property is a bit detached from the town so you can enjoy the silence and tranquility. We also had the opportunity to visit the wonderful Scicli, Modica, and Ragusa Ibla. Recommended even for those with children.

We had a great week in the Salvia apartment with our ten-month-old baby. The property is very close to the sea and a small, uncrowded beach, despite it being August, which we always reached on foot. The owners have always been very kind to us. The apartment was small but equipped with everything and well ventilated, we didn't feel the heat. Sampieri is reached in a minute. It was just what we were looking for.

Nice place, surrounded by greenery, with the sea in front, in the sun. It was the ideal place for our winter vacation. In Scicli, we saw the splendid parade of horses adorned with flowers for the Feast of St. Joseph. In winter in Scicli, Modica, Ibla, Noto, there is no shortage of traditional events, festivals, theaters, concerts. Comfortable accommodation, kind owner. We will be back.
