Description
The holiday house AlFicodindia is located near Sampieri, a small fraction of Scicli, famous for its big beach dominated by the furnace of Pisciotto, and a few minutes' walking (200m) from the small beach of Costa di Carro, which gives the name to a natural park that extends up to the village Cava D'Aliga.

It is a large building surrounded by greenery, divided into five comfortable independent units of different sizes: a studio for 2 people, n. 3 two-room apartments for 4-5 persons (one of the apartments has access and WC for disabled people) and, upstairs, a three-room apartment for 4-8 people.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Each unit has a private entrance, private bathroom with shower, and kitchenette, refrigerator and TV, and a private shaded outdoor (a gazebo in the garden or a patio) with garden furniture.

All guests can use the common areas, such as the large garden, the vegetable and fruit garden, a common kitchen, the library, barbecue grills, outdoor shower and laundry.

Guests receive bed linen and towels with weekly change, kitchen facilities, and on-demand bed or cot, high chair, iron, hair dryer, blender, grill, bicycles, beach umbrellas.

The stay is one weekly (from Saturday to Saturday) in high season (July and August). Minimum stay 2 days.

The structure is equipped with a Solar Plant on the roof to generate "clean" electricity and to ensure complete energy independence, as well as a solar system for hot water.

The AlFicodindia holiday home is located near Sampieri, a small village in Scicli (6 km), a baroque gem included in the UNESCO World Heritage List and a famous location of the TV series "Il Commissario Montalbano".

The house is just a few minutes' walk (200 m) from the small beach of Costa di Carro, which gives its name to the natural park that extends to Cava D'Aliga.

Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. It is possible to reach the beach in a couple of minutes on foot. The property is a bit detached from the town so you can enjoy the silence and tranquility. We also had the opportunity to visit the wonderful Scicli, Modica, and Ragusa Ibla. Recommended even for those with children.

Structure suitable for families, clean, pity about all the birds nesting on the roof that hinder the use of the terrace. Equipped with the necessary. Maybe some more towels.

Abbiamo passato una settimana ottima nell'appartamento Salvia con la nostra bimba di dieci mesi. La struttura è vicinissima al mare e a una piccola spiaggia, poco frequentata nonostante fosse agosto, che abbiamo sempre raggiunto a piedi. I proprietari sono sempre stati molto gentili con noi. L'appartamento era piccolo ma fornito di tutto e ben areato, non abbiamo sentito il caldo. Sampieri si raggiunge in un minuto. Era proprio quello che cercavamo.

Bel posto, immerso nel verde, col mare davanti, al sole. È stato il luogo ideale per la nostra vacanza invernale. A Scicli abbiamo visto la splendida sfilata dei cavalli infiorati per la Cavalcata di S. Giuseppe. D'inverno a Scicli, Modica, Ibla, Noto, non mancano eventi tradizionali, feste, teatri, concerti. Sistemazione confortevole, proprietario gentile. Ci torneremo.
