In Sicily, near Scicli (Ragusa), few kilometers from Sampieri (Contrada Corvo, Via Caravaggio 18), the renovation of a farm built in stone with the local style, were obtained, as well as the main house, two original houses, Glicine e Gelsomino.
The block is very quiet as far from the noise of the coast road. It is built around a large courtyard surrounded by trees and flowering plants, dominated by an imposing carob.
Large areas in the shade for the parking area is very windy.
The place is fenced, and provides good security for the parking of cars.
The garden is full of palm trees and carob trees and other Mediterranean plants and offers shady spots with views of the sea, stretches of dry stone walls covered with vegetation and rocks from which emerge the old wild olive and carob trees.
The garden is planted with grass and is equipped with games for children available to guests. Besides the private area of ??each apartment, guests can use the garden, full of cool corners for rest and relaxation.
The orchard has about 40 fruit trees in every season there is always some fruit (oranges, loquats, plums, pears, apples, figs, grapes), even in winter. 30 other produce table olives and olive oil: there is always a taste of genuine oil for guests.
The family garden will allow you to enjoy, especially in spring, organic vegetables.
The facility is equipped with a photovoltaic system on the roof to produce electricity "clean" and to ensure complete energy independence.
The surrounding sea (beaches of Sampieri 3 km or Cava D'Aliga 2 km) is free to use. A 800 m, within walking distance, there is the cliff, quiet and full of fish, included in the Natural Park of Costa di Carro.

Soggiorno gradevolissimo. La casa è confortevole ed attrezzata di tutto, il giardino e la campagna circostante assicurano la tranquillità e il relax. È possibile fare delle passeggiate a piedi lungo la scogliera poco lontano, mentre in auto si raggiungono in pochi minuti i centri abitati circostanti.
