Alberto’s Apartments is a collection of apartments and rooms located in the heart of Palermo’s historic center, designed for those who want to experience the city from an authentic perspective, staying among ancient buildings, bustling markets, monuments, and atmospheric views.

Each accommodation has its own unique character but shares a special focus on the environment and details. Many furnishings have been personally restored, repainted, or creatively redesigned by the owner over the years, creating original spaces where elements of Sicilian tradition blend with more contemporary features. Terracotta floors, vintage majolica tiles, ceramics, and details salvaged from old Sicilian carts contribute to the charm of some of the homes, which are also housed within historic buildings.

The options include independent apartments of various sizes as well as rooms within shared residences, allowing guests to choose the solution that best fits their needs. Depending on the accommodation, you may find a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, balconies, air conditioning, and comfortable areas dedicated to relaxation. Some units stand out for special features, such as large panoramic terraces offering views over the rooftops and monuments of the historic center.

Among the most enchanting lodgings, Meschita boasts a large terrace overlooking the city, enhanced by a Jacuzzi, while Vucciria offers a heated Jacuzzi with a capacity of 800 liters, usable even on cooler evenings; from May 1st, its use is not included in the price and requires an additional fee of 30 euros per day for the entire stay.

Piano Terra focuses on comfort, featuring a kitchen equipped with a Frog coffee machine and kettle, a cozy sofa, powerful air conditioning, and an orthopedic bed 30 centimeters high, made with 1,500 springs and a thick layer of memory foam. Lilly is a small, bright, and quiet apartment with a double bed, a basic kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two balconies; however, it has a particularly low ceiling and is therefore less suitable for people taller than about 1.80 meters.
