Description

Our mobile homes are located in an environment that offers ample space for children and relaxation. In fact, there is a small playground, a bocce court, and a large gazebo with armchairs, chairs, and a television in the village. The San Leone beach is 800 meters away. The famous "Valley of the Temples" is located 5 km from the village, while the "Scala dei Turchi" is 20 km away.

The mobile home consists of one bedroom, a small bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, cutlery, cookware, and all the necessary dishes for cooking and a TV. The environment is air-conditioned. The mobile home is completed with a veranda with a table, chairs, a swing, and a comfortable barbecue.

Included in the price are final cleaning expenses, linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, parking, and pool.

At the exit of the village, there is a bus stop that goes along the promenade, passes through Agrigento and the Village of Mosè (Agrigento's commercial area). Two restaurants/pizzerias are located 50 meters away, and the largest supermarkets in the national commerce are less than 1 km away.

Prices per person range from 25 to 40 euros per night, depending on the reference period. Special discounts apply to the third, fourth, and fifth person staying in the same house.

Children under four years old stay for free.

Courteous and helpful staff. Excellent welcome and management of the structure. Perfect corner of relaxation for children... I would only renew the interiors of the houses a bit.

Just arrived, excellent welcome from Paola and Giuseppe, polite and helpful guys. Cozy structure, like being in a family, entering the small houses is a beautiful sensation, like being in a camper. Equipped with all comforts, the fridge works great, cold drinks in no time. In the morning, coffee, croissant, cappuccino, milk prepared with care by Paola or Giuseppe. What can I say, a praise also to Paolo who was always available in the afternoon for any request. A praise to the owners of the structure, unique people for their friendliness. We will come back here again, it's like being at home... Greetings from Giuseppe and Maria Concetta.

Small structure where you can find a welcoming and family-friendly environment. The guys who run it, Paolo Paola and Giuseppe, are very kind and always available. Only downside the pool is a bit small, but overall we had a great time.

Near the Valley of the Temples and the most beautiful beaches of Agrigento. A quiet and cute village with a pool with well-equipped and well-made bungalows. Hosted by Paolo, very kind and always available to customers. We had a great time.

5 days of relaxation, the staff is very kind both in the morning and in the evening, the little house is very comfortable, equipped with a kitchenette, TV, air conditioning, a children's room and the bedroom, a small veranda with a table and a swing, a place to hang clothes, in short, we had a great time. The pool is not very large but always pleasant and clean. I highly recommend it.

For me the area is great, just that the structure is too old, the small houses should be renovated both inside and outside, then the entrance to the structure should be by 1 pm and not by 3 pm. Anyway, my overall rating is 5.

Dated structure, the small houses are not bad but need some revision, a bit more cleaning would be needed and maybe some changes, modernize. The manager is very competent, the place is in a quiet area near the sea, all in all it's not bad, if you are demanding, don't go.

Well maintained structure externally, the cottages are a bit old. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only flaw is that people in the pool don't use swim caps, so imagine what happens at the end of the day.

Wonderful and very relaxing holiday, equipped with a barbecue, the staff is helpful and very friendly, one of the most comfortable things is the pool a stone's throw from the little house. I recommend going with your eyes closed...

Excellent value for money, the property is managed by very kind and helpful staff. A few kilometers from the Valley of the Temples and the Scala dei Turchi. The nearby town of San Leone, on the other hand, is dirty and run down. The pool is clean and well maintained. I recommend this property especially to families with children for the presence of the pool, a small playground, and the fence that makes the entire area safe.

The mobile homes, although a bit dated, are functional, clean, and fully equipped. The structure is well-maintained, as is the pool and garden. However, the highlight of the village, to which I give a score of 10 with honors, is the legendary Dario, who with his great professionalism and boundless friendliness introduces you to the warm welcome of the Sicilians. Dario is a point of reference to turn to for any need and information on places to visit and typical restaurants. Ideal for families with children, who are free to play in a safe place. We will return.

All the small sins are compensated by the extreme sympathy and availability of Dario and his colleague. It doesn't matter that it's far from the sea, that the area is not the best, we were welcomed and pampered as in a luxury facility. Very nice and clean facility. Very family-friendly. Perfect for children. A place to relax. The mobile homes are not huge, but for a 14-day stay with 2 adults + 3 children (14, 9 years, and a baby) they are sufficient. Inside the homes, everything you need is provided. Bed sheets and towels are provided. Change occurs once a week. There is a bus stop directly in front of the facility. The bus takes you to the beach or Villaggio Mose for 2.20 euros round trip. We often used the bus. The walk to the beach is about 20 minutes. A big praise to Roberta and Dario. They take care of the guests and the facility with love. We will definitely come back! Departure was tough for us. Thank you for everything! See you soon.

Excellent welcome from the very kind owner Enzo. Very clean and spacious rooms with well-kept and original furniture, equipped with particularly comfortable beds and a wide and spacious shower.
