Cuore di Palme" agritourism is a peaceful oasis located in the neighbourhood of Floridia and bordered by groves of mandarin, orange and lemon trees (I Km from the urban centre and 10 Km from Syracuse).
Cuore di Palme agritourism can give accommodation to a total of 20 people. The structure, in white Mediterranean style, is surrounded by an exquisite garden of ancient palms with a beautiful swimming-pool, opened to all guests.
The furniture is comfortable and of high quality. Each apartment is provided with a veranda and a private parking near the house.

Hello, I am Tanina, in 1979 I inherited this citrus grove from grandfather Pino, born in the year 1900, wise, wise, attached to the values ??of the family and their land.
Over time, together with my family, we managed to transform the "Mirichicchio" (property name) from a simple plot of land into an ecological area, respecting the rules on organic farming, a crop that groups together different varieties of oranges, mandarins and lemons.
In the summer, we provide our guests with a small organic vegetable garden.
Those that once were the stables for the horses became the rooms of a beautiful and elegant villa.
In the late 90s, driven by the joy of always being together, to share, with the passion of us Sicilians towards hospitality, matured the idea of ??sharing the atmosphere of these places with all of you.
Hence the decision to turn this "home" into a farmhouse.

Fantastic structure, complete relaxation. Stefania and sister-in-law are great and the brother is very nice. Recommended if you want relaxation and at the same time be comfortable with everything. Highly recommended.

Salve Domenico, mi dispiace della sua recensione nonostante il nostro impegno per fare in modo di farvi stare bene. Le abbiamo assegnato l’appartamento Bilo, al posto del bungalow da lei prenotato senza aumenti sul costo. Le ho spiegato con anticipo che solitamente serviamo la colazione all’aperto e dunque a Febbraio non era comodo ne’ per voi ne’ per noi e che avremmo predisposto i prodotti della colazione in appartamento dove c’è tra l’altro una cucina completa, abbiamo spostato la macchinetta del caffè a capsule nella sua casa. Visto questo cambiamento le abbiamo dimezzato il costo della colazione, anzi dai 24€ stabiliti per 3 giorni, 2 persone, abbiamo pattuito €10 totali. Al suo arrivo ha richiesto dei croissant oltre quello fornito e abbiamo accettato perché pensiamo sempre che se possibile dobbiamo accontentare i nostri ospiti (senza extra costi); ha chiesto caffè extra e lo abbiamo fornito .. sicuramente il giardino, le palme, le piante si presentano più floridi nei mesi caldi, in inverno cambia l’aspetto della struttura, ma di fronte alla natura delle cose possiamo farci poco Mi rammarico del suo giudizio sul rapporto qualità prezzo.. forse l’ospite non si rende conto dei costi sostenuti: pulizia, biancheria, prodotti da bagno, colazione .. forniamo non una semplice camera, ma un appartamento di 45 mt.q. completo di cucina con tutte le stoviglie, che vengono accuratamente pulite e controllate, lenzuola di lavanderia professionale, le tende, 2 finestre ed una porta finestra.. quindi tutto ciò che comporta la pulizia di tutto che assicuro curiamo meticolosamente Avete pagato €27 a notte a persona.. le è sembrato caro .. non saprei cosa aggiungere Dal canto nostro abbiamo un buon giudizio di voi ospiti, siete stati per noi clienti gentili e affabili, credevamo che fosse reciproca visto le belle parole inviateci via telefono.. Vi auguriamo buone cose Cordialmente Cuore di palme
