The property offers two independent, cozy apartments: the first-floor apartment accommodates up to three guests, while the second-floor apartment is ideal for two. Larger groups of up to five can rent both units together.
Each apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning/heating, TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, plus either a balcony or a private terrace. Guests also have access to a shared lounge with a reading corner and a selection of guides and brochures to help discover Modica and its surroundings.

We are Vincenzo and Letizia, the first born in Modica and the other adopted by the city.
After spending several years in the north of Italy, we recently decided to follow our hearts and move back to Modica to build a life that is more true to our interests and passions. Among these passions is hospitality and welcoming guests.
We are at the beginning, we still have a lot to learn, but also a lot of motivation and desire to accompany and make feel at ease all people who want to spend an unforgettable holiday and get to know and experience this city and this part of Sicily.

Unfortunately, my husband and I only spent the weekend and slept for just one night in Modica. But this beautiful structure, clean, comfortable, recently renovated, and reflecting the fresh and friendly spirit of its owner Letizia, allowed us to relax and immerse ourselves in the life of this historic town. In fact, it is located near a parking lot, the shopping street with various restaurants, bars, chocolate shops. A stone's throw from the famous San Giorgio Cathedral and the many other sites and monuments. A special mention deserves the apartment's terrace from which you can enjoy a truly unique and suggestive panorama.

My husband and I stayed 11 days in the apartment A Lecca and 'a Mecca - a perfect place in Modica in the historic part of the town and close to the vibrant city center. We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful apartment where everything you need is available. We enjoyed cooking our own meals and spending time on the large terrace with the fantastic view of the old town. Modica has its own baroque beauties (must see) but it is also a perfect base for exploring the other baroque towns of Val di Noto. Thank you Letizia for being such a wonderful host. You and Vincenzo made our stay in the apartment and in Modica unforgettable.
