Il B&B è nuovo, Luglio 2017 ed è tenuto molto bene. La ragazza addetta al riordino e pulizia delle camere è molto attenta ed precisa. La dotazione è completa ed è possibile fare colazione anche presso la struttura. Oltre ai biscotti, fette biscottate, marmellate, succhi, latte, caffè, etc che trovate nel frigorifero in camera, potete optare per farvi portare i croissant ripieni (attenzione sono delle bombe con una farcitura di grande peso specifico!) Trovate lo scaldalatte, e cucina nell'area comune. Non so se sia utilizzabile, ma immagino di si, noi non n abbiamo avuto bisogno. Luca, il titolare è molto disponibile. Se devo fare una piccola annotazione è nella camera che abbiamo utilizzato noi, il condizionatore da dritto sul letto, quindi ti arriva l'aria fredda addosso. Gran bel posto.

Un nuovissimo B&B curato nei dettagli, ben arredato e con una impeccabile pulizia dei locali e della biancheria, soffice e profumatissima.
La sua posizione, in prossimità degli ingressi per Marina di Modica, consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi la piazzetta del centro e l'accesso al mare, ma anche i centri limitrofi, fonti di attrazione delle province di Ragusa e Siracusa.
Il gestore Luca e la sua ragazza Nora sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi ad ogni esigenza. Colazione per il primo anno fruibile in un bar delizioso con prodotti da forno freschissimi, nonchè granite ed estratti di frutta fresca.
Consigliatissimo!
