The apartment is located just a short walk from Via Libertà, in the most upscale area (Libertà-Notarbartolo) of Palermo, where you can catch a bus to the historic center in just 5 minutes. There are various shops and services nearby. A short distance away is the beautiful Villa Sperlinga, which is open 24 hours, featuring the historic farmhouse of the Whitaker family and a play area for children. Every Saturday morning, a traditional market showcasing typical Sicilian products takes place in the same villa. The apartment is particularly well-suited for families, given the number of sleeping arrangements available (4 + 2 on a sofa bed).

This is not the first time I visit Palermo and it is always a pleasure. This time the location exceeded all our expectations. The house is in an optimal position for transport links and for the opportunities the area offers. The apartment fully matches the description and is highly recommended. We were two couples and each of us had a double bedroom with a private bathroom. The apartment is quiet, equipped with every comfort and brand new. The mattresses are extremely comfortable. The hosts are exceptional people and made us feel at home. After this trip, we decided we will spend our retirement in Palermo. Highly recommended location.
