The apartment consists of two bedrooms with double beds, each featuring its own private bathroom, a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a 55-inch Samsung TV, along with a small balcony equipped with a table and two Art Nouveau-style chairs..perfect for enjoying some fresh air!!!
It is just a short walk from Via Libertà, in the most elegant neighborhood (Libertà-Notarbartolo) of Palermo, where you can catch a bus to the historic center (in only 5 minutes). Nearby, there are various shops and services available. Within a short distance, you can find the beautiful Villa Sperlinga - open 24 hours - which includes the historic farmhouse of the Whitaker family and a playground for children. In this villa, a traditional market featuring typical Sicilian products takes place on Saturday mornings. The apartment is particularly suitable for families, considering the number of available sleeping arrangements (4 + 2 on a sofa bed).
