Everything was perfect. The accommodation is furnished and maintained with a lot of love. Furthermore, everything is very advanced with photovoltaic, large water reservoir, modern air conditioning, and a filtration system for drinking water. We were there as a family of five and had a very short path to one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. Three bicycles were also available to us, so we were even able to shop with them. We mostly left the car in our own parking spot. The landlords are very, very nice and accommodating. We would love to come back next year. Top villa!

The accommodation was perfect, spacious and suitable for six people, with two large terraces equipped with comfortable chairs. A great advantage was the WiFi and the air conditioning present in every room, in addition to the parking located right in front of the house. There is a grocery store a few meters away, the beautiful beach was reachable in just five minutes on foot, and the city center in about fifteen minutes on foot. The communication with the host was easy and quick, he was always available and attentive to all our needs. Thank you.

Beautiful villa, close to the beach and the center, we never used the car, everything is within walking distance. The structure is new and complete with all the comforts. Air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, and very fast wifi that allowed me to work. We will definitely come back.

The accommodation was excellent, spacious enough for 6 people, 2 terraces with comfortable seating, and an outdoor shower with excellent water flow. Warm water for showering was enough for everyone. A big advantage was wifi (fast enough even for work) and air conditioning in every room, parking right in front of the house. Shop a few meters away, beautiful beach 5 minutes on foot, city center also on foot (15 minutes). Communication with the host is simple and immediate. Thank you, we will definitely come back here.

The recently renovated little house is really equipped with everything, from pots and pans to dishes, toilet paper to dish soap, washing machine, microwave oven, small dishwasher, air conditioning, 2 bicycles that allow you to reach La Cinta beach in 1 minute, and the center. However, it is strategically located and the beach can be reached with a short walk, I recommend it.

The house is located 200 meters from La Cinta beach, a paradise, reachable on foot or by bike provided in the house, saving money on parking. It is equipped with amenities such as wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher, and washing machine, all included in the price. It is very convenient for visiting the beautiful coves of the Costa Smeralda. The owner is a serious and reliable person, present for every need. I will return to San Teodoro.
