Charming Residence set in the green of a quiet and well-kept park. Mini accommodation options of 18 and 25 sqm consisting of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed (3 beds) or living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom (2 beds). Suitable for couples and small families and those who have no difficulty staying in small spaces. All accommodations have a veranda and ground floor options also have a private garden.
The residence is located just 500 m from La Cinta beach and the town center, practically, if desired, a car is not essential!
TV included in every accommodation, possibility of using the coin-operated washing machines located within the residence. Air-conditioned options have an additional cost of € 10 per day. Minimum stay of 7 days required.

We had a great time at Villaggio degli Ulivi. We were given a clean and tidy apartment. Inside, everything needed for the kitchen was available and all appliances worked perfectly. We had a great experience with the agency staff, they are all very friendly and helpful. The advantage of the structure is being just a stone's throw away from the center of San Teodoro without having to take the car.
