Detached house located a few minutes from the center of Budoni and the beaches. The house is ideal for those who want to spend their holidays in peace. Surrounded by a large garden with private parking, it consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and covered veranda where you can have a barbecue in complete serenity. It is equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wi-FI, microwave oven, coffee machine and washing machine. Within 500 meters you can find various businesses, such as bars, tobacconists, grocery stores and beach items, a fish market, a restaurant - pizzeria and a playground for the little ones. The nearest beach is about a 10-minute walk or 5 minutes by bike, while the town center is about a 15-minute walk and 10 minutes by bike. Ideal for those who want to spend a holiday without necessarily having to use the car.
