The house spans three levels: on the ground floor, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with a dining table for ten and a Smart TV, along with a first bathroom; upstairs, a large family room opens onto a balcony with mountain views, while the lower level, naturally cool and quiet, features two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine.
Each space has been designed for optimal comfort, equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows, and a strong emphasis on energy efficiency. The outdoor areas include a large furnished veranda for relaxation, a barbecue perfect for outdoor dining, and a garden shower that can also be used with hot water. The flowering garden, spanning 100 square meters, welcomes guests into a serene atmosphere, ideal for summer evenings under the stars.
Within a short walking distance, you can reach two stunning beaches, Genn’e Mari and Cann’e Sisa, both offering crystal-clear waters, fine sand, and amenities such as kiosks and beach clubs. Nearby, you'll also find supermarkets, restaurants, fish markets, an ATM, and a convenient bus stop that connects the area to Cagliari and Villasimius.
