Located about a 15-minute drive from the city of Cagliari, discover the charm of Villa Desy in Quartu Sant'Elena. With a friendly and attentive host, you can expect to have a truly unforgettable experience.

Villa Desy offers an exclusive space accessed via a staircase directly from the entrance, ensuring private and secluded access. This first-floor area is independent and secure, perfect for those seeking a calm and personal atmosphere. It includes a double bedroom, a breakfast room complete with a smart TV and active Sky and Netflix services, all tastefully decorated and well-maintained. There is also a private bathroom for exclusive use, equipped with all comforts, guest Wi-Fi, and access to a terrace with loungers to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay.

There are no shared areas with the host, guaranteeing maximum privacy and comfort.

Guests can enjoy the private pool, complete with umbrellas and sun loungers, and beach towels are provided within the villa during designated hours: 11: 00-13: 00 and 15: 00-17: 00, in accordance with specific regulations.

A gazebo with a table and chairs is also available for use.

Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty as per the current regional regulations.

The terrace on the first floor of the villa offers a sea view and is furnished with comfortable loungers, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun while enjoying a spectacular view of the sea and the Poetto beach.

The aforementioned beach is an extensive and beautiful urban beach, stretching eight kilometers along the coastline between Cagliari and Quartu Sant’Elena, featuring soft sand, clear waters, relaxation, fun, and sports.

Poetto is the undeniable ‘sea’ of the Cagliari hinterland, one of the largest urban beaches in Europe, and among the most beautiful and frequented in the Island, a favorite destination for visitors to the capital during the summer and any sunny day throughout the year; it is a must-visit even just for a coffee or an aperitif accompanied by the sea breeze.

Dear guests, before making a reservation, we kindly ask you to read the following rules to ensure a pleasant and serene stay for everyone: Respect for quietness during the day and especially at night; No smoking in indoor areas; No entry for outsiders within the property; Avoid loud noises and voices both inside and around the pool area. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets as we have two kittens who live on the property and are not accustomed to sharing space with other animals. These kittens will not have access to the first-floor area where you will be staying. TO ENSURE THE SAFETY AND PRIVACY OF EVERYONE, IT IS PROHIBITED TO ACCESS OR STAY IN UNAUTHORIZED AREAS. Please limit your presence to the designated areas for your stay, specifically the first floor. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION AND COOPERATION.

Additionally, please note that our municipality of Quartu imposes a tourist tax of one euro per person, up to a maximum of five days.
