It was a pleasure to be welcomed by Serena, a sunny, helpful and attentive person. The room is furnished in a modern and functional style, bright and very clean, as is the bathroom. The linen change service every 3 days was much appreciated, including cleaning of the room and bathroom. Breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and savory options. Very quiet location a short walk from the center. Very comfortable bicycles provided free of charge. Highly recommended.

A beautiful B&B. Very clean, all new, convenient location to reach the beach(La Cinta). For me it is a place that made me happy. Serena is an excellent host, she runs the B&B with great care and love. Highly recommended.

My stay at Serena was perfect in every way. The accommodation is freshly renovated, everything looks super well-maintained and new. The cleanliness is at the highest level. The garden invites you to linger. The beach is just a few minutes away by bike and two bicycles are available for guests. And what a beach – like in the Caribbean! I am thrilled and will definitely come back. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired: super delicious, plentiful, and personalized. Everything feels super professional – like in a five-star hotel. Amazing! The center of San Teodoro is only a few minutes away, and there are many great restaurants. The quality of sleep is perfect: my bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. Thank you very much, dear Serena, for the perfect vacation!

If you are looking for a BB in San Teodoro, here with your eyes closed. Serena is very kind and helpful. Excellent breakfast, spacious, new and stylishly furnished rooms. Very quiet area, highly recommended.

Non bastavano l'acqua naturale o frizzante, Caffè, Caffè macchiato, Caffè decaffeinato, Caffè d'orzo, Cappuccino, Latte, Latte macchiato, Cioccolata, Thè/Tea al limone (caldo), Succo ACE Succo pera, Succo pesca, Succo albicocca Succo ananas, Thè/Tea limone (freddo), Thè/Tea pesca freddo, Bombolone, Croissant vuoto, Croissant marmellata, Croissant cioccolatoCroissant crema Croissant pistacchio, Torta del giorno, biscotti e cereali, Pane bianco, Pane integrale, Fette biscottate, Burro, marmellata, nutella, miele, Pizza margherita, Pizza wustel, Pizza olive, Focaccia bianca, Sfoglia con wustel, Prosciutto cotto, Prosciutto crudo, Salame, Formaggio, uovo sodo, Frutta secca, Frutta fresca, yogurt greco bianco, yogurt greco alla frutta, yogurt bianco, yogurt alla frutta? Serena is very kind and welcoming, as are the rooms: well-furnished, comfortable, and clean. They overlook a nice patio where it is pleasant to have breakfast and relax. Serena also provides guests with bicycles and beach equipment. When you arrive, you also find cold water in the fridge in the room. The shower with the hydro massage is amazing, and I also appreciated the separate waste collection outside each room! The center of the beautiful village is very close, and with a short walk, you can reach the wonderful beaches in the area.

I stayed at this B&B for only 4 days but I felt at home. The welcome from the landlady and her daughter was magnificent, they helped me and were super helpful throughout the stay. The room was very nice and modern. Breakfast can be managed by the guest but you can find everything you need and in addition, guests can take drinks or food from the fridge and the common breakfast room at any time (which must be consumed in the common breakfast room). The location is very convenient, easy to reach bus stops and the center of San Teodoro on foot. I highly recommend it to everyone ❤️.

Beautiful place in San Teodoro. Serena ensures that your stay is very pleasant. Very complete and abundant breakfast. All surrounded by flowers. Free bikes and umbrellas to take to the beach. A 10-minute walk to the center and very close to the main beach La Cinta. Free parking in front of the place. All facilities very modern. Beautiful garden. Highly recommended.

The strong points of B&B Serena are definitely the location (1 km from the center and 1.5 from the beach), the owner, of Sardinian origin, therefore, besides giving us some ideas regarding meals, she always made us feel at home right away. Regarding the accommodation, cleanliness and attention to detail are top priority. Spacious room, equipped with all comforts (tv, air conditioning, minibar, hairdryer and also a courtesy set with shower gel and shampoo). Not to mention the garden, spacious and with laundry racks available to dry any clothes and/or beach towels, plus the possibility of using bicycles for free. Very useful for trips to nearby beaches (Isuledda and Cala D’Ambra). Furthermore, the residential area where the structure is located, gives the customer an extra reason to fully enjoy the vacation!

This place met my expectations, very good quality for a very good price. It is near the city center and the sea. Close to the shopping area and the bus station. The host was very nice and helpful, responding quickly to all questions and requests. The only thing I was missing was equipment in the room, like a coffee machine, cups, plates, spoons. However, when asked, that was also provided by the host.

Delightful and peaceful B&B. Upon arrival, you are greeted by Serena, who is very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend it also for the location, as you can reach both the center and the beach on foot.

Really nice and clean structure. It also has a beautiful outdoor garden. The owner and son are very kind and willing to satisfy any request. Very abundant breakfast with fresh brioches every morning, juices, cappuccino, and much more. Structure is 3 minutes walk from the center of San Teodoro and less than 5 minutes by car to La Cinta beach. Highly recommended.

Excellent location to reach the beach, the city center, the supermarket, and the public transport stop within a ten-minute walk. Decorated in a modern style, functional, very clean, with a large outdoor garden available to guests. Possibility to use some bicycles for free. I did not use the breakfast service by personal choice. Excellent welcome and availability of the owner. Absolutely recommended.

We stayed for a week and it was a fabulous week, both for the beaches but especially for the accommodation. Serena is a fabulous girl, always available, kind, and friendly. The breakfast is fabulous, there is everything that pleases everyone's taste. 5 minutes walk from the center. Bicycles available for free. Shuttle to the beaches 100m away. It's a great B&B Serena. Definitely worth it. The rooms are furnished in a modern style, the bathroom is very nice and well-kept. Congratulations again to Serena.

The B&B Serena is very nice with equipped outdoor spaces where you can relax, the room is not very big, but it is equipped with everything you need and tastefully furnished. The center is a stone's throw away, you can reach it with a short walk. The owner is very kind and ready to meet every need. We will definitely come back.
