Urban Kalaris was born from the idea of ​​bringing art and urban style into hospitality to offer new perspectives on the city of Cagliari and southern Sardinia. On one hand, the view from the fourth floor of a stately building overlooking Piazza Yenne, in the historic Stampace district, offers a privileged view of the city of Cagliari. On the other hand, the view of the internal courtyards, rooftops, and bell towers ends with the imposing and majestic Baroque façade of the church of Sant'Anna.

Urban Kalaris invites you to experience the city, following its perimeters, walls, and public art. After exploring the city's most interesting and unpublished corners or spending a day at the beach on one of the most renowned beaches in the area (Poetto, Villasimius, Chia), six minimal and urban-style rooms await you to guarantee maximum comfort at any time of the day.

Moss, Caramel, Esmerald, Dusk, Bloom, and Midnight - each room is different from the other and has been entrusted to the touch of a local artist to express his tribute to the territory and the environment in an urban key, starting from a basic color palette (which gives each room its name). The rooms of Urban Kalaris alternate in chromatic range and artistic expression of the elements, from blue to orange, passing through cherry color. Two suites, a comfort room, and three superior standard rooms with a furnished private balcony, recently inaugurated, have been designed in materials, furnishings, and spaces to make you feel perfectly comfortable and in harmony with the environments.
