Description
B & B "tra rocce e mare" is a privately owned facility, established by the two B & B, Guest House "tra rocce e mare and B&B tra mare e rocce (located in a single two-storey house, respectively the first and second floor), and a garden full of nature, where you can relax, the more you want. Inside the garden of the family, there are parking spaces reserved for customers. The property is situated in a prime location just a short walk from the central square, the harbour and the city centre. Near the junction with which you can reach the scenic road with its many beautiful beaches and the famous Caprera Island that has over the beautiful inlets crystalline water, the famous museum of both worlds Evident Giuseppe Garibaldi. For those who love the night life (in summer) you can easily reach, the famous disco island, and meeting point for young people. Also B&B between rocks and sea, boasts numerous services to be offered to the customer, starting with discounts daily for lunch and dinner, many restaurants, taverns and Pizza island.

Beautiful structure, great location, ideal for motorcyclists (internal parking). Very friendly and helpful owner. Excellent room. All new, highly recommended.

The manager is a very kind and correct person. The room was not properly sanitized. The bed did not even have a mattress cover, the pillows likewise. The shutter of the French window had not been dusted for a long time, the third bed (not requested) did not even have a mattress cover or bedspread. The duvet inside the wardrobe seemed thrown there by mistake like the extra pillows. The only positive thing is the courtesy of the manager.

Great value for money. Andrea (the owner) very kind and full of advice on what, how, when, where to visit the various beaches and other places on the island. If you come to La Maddalena, stay here. We will be back.

Mi sono trovata benissimo sia per la struttura che per il trattamento che ho ricevuto. Un complimento va ad Andrea Burruni e ad Elisa per la disponibilità e la simpatia dimostrata nei miei confronti e nei confronti di mio figlio, se posso aggiungere simpaticissime anche le zie. Ancora Bravi.

Giovane imprenditore con tanta voglia di emergere è sulla via giusta unico difetto, (x noi) che ci alziamo la mattina presto per fare escursioni a piedi, la colazione troppo tardiva dalle 08. 30 in poi comunque il proprietario si è reso disponibile ad arrivare a un compromesso se torniamo alla Maddalena torniamo sicuramente.

I booked this guesthouse mainly because of price-it was affordable and they had room available in peak season. Owner Andrea is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, some of them look more new than others (we stayed in two rooms). I liked the location-a little bit out of Maddalena town, but in quiet area. Breakfast was ok, it will win a lot if they could offer some fresh croissants or fruits. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Ho soggiornato con degli amici per qualche giorno in questa struttura: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, posizione strategica che ti permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro anche a piedi, parcheggio interno, camere semplici ma pulite, estrema cordialità e gentilezza del proprietario. Da ricordare inoltre le convenzioni del B&B con altre strutture dell'isola, davvero molto convenienti! Se vogliamo trovare un difetto: la colazione che, sebbene abbondante, non prevedeva pane o brioches fresche. Comunque: da raccomandare!

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, colazione abbondante e il proprietario è molto disponibile. Ottime le convenzioni con altre strutture dell'isola (ristoranti, locali e crociera). Il B&B è accogliente e pulito con comodo parcheggio e ben posizionato a pochi minuti dal centro. Da prendere in considerazione per altre vacanze.

"Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! la struttura è pulita e le camere sono dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. La colazione era ottima e completa, soddisfa tutti i gusti e le abitudini personali. Il proprietario, Andrea è molto socievole e disponibile a dare indicazioni e consigli su come muoversi e scoprire le meravigliose spiagge di La Maddalena e dell'arcipelago; inoltre c'è la possibilità di usufruire di sconti grazie alle convenzioni che Andrea ha fatto con vari esercizi. Per raggiungere il centro sono sufficienti 10 minuti a piedi, i dintorni della struttura sono molto tranquilli, il riposo è assicurato! Il B&B è stato migliorato sia strutturalmente sia nella gestione, ha ancora qualche lavoretto da fare ma se continua a lavorare così ci metterà poco a completarli! Consigliato.

Con la mia compagna siamo stati ospiti di Andrea la settimana dopo ferragosto, in un periodo in cui non mancavano le presenze sull'isola. La scelta del B&B è stata fatta, sebbene ci fosse disponibilità anche nei pressi del lungomare, sopratutto per i servizi che la gestione ci ha offerto. A parte una preziosa carta sconti su attività ed esercizi commerciali dell'isola, ci è stato proposto uno sconto sul biglietto del traghetto sia per noi (passeggeri) che per l'auto al seguito. Il B&B risulta in zona tranquilla, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, pulito, dotato dei comfort principali, e la colazione (all'italiana) risulta essere abbondante e varia. Il proprietario è disponibile sia per scambiare quattro chiacchiere durante la colazione sia per fornire informazioni generali sull'isola.

Il giovane gestore è molto disponibile. La struttura è molto grande e silenziosa e il centro facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi. Alcune migliorie devono essere ancora apportate, ma il servizio in generale è molto buono. Un suggerimento riguardo alla colazione è quello di utilizzare in aggiunta dei prodotti freschi, come pane, o croissant e frutta. Inoltre considerando che si tratta di una località di mare, sarebbe utile avere degli stendini grandi. Nel complesso comunque la permanenza è stata molto piacevole.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo pochi giorni (purtroppo) e siamo stati molto bene, ambienti spaziosi ben arredati, il giovanissimo gestore Andrea affabile e premuroso, ci ha consigliato nel modo migliore fornendoci inoltre di tessera con convenzioni che ci hanno fatto risparmiare, da provare sicuramente, un augurio per un felice proseguimento ad Andrea & co.

Ottima struttura, camere accoglienti e spaziose. La pulizia era ottima. La colazione buona e con una discreta scelta. L'atmosfera molto familiare, è facile socializzare con gli altri ospiti della struttura anche grazie alla simpatia, cortesia e disponibilità del gestore. Da rifare la rubinetteria, difficile miscelare l'acqua calda e fredda ma ci tornerei.

La struttura è dotata di tutti i confort in una zona tranquilla della Maddalena e in 10 min. a piedi sei in centro. Andrea il proprietario è molto cortese. È stata davvero una vacanza all'insegna del Relax. Il prossimo anno ci tornerei subito senza neanche guardare intorno.

Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità, considerando la giovane età del proprietario. Consiglio la sostituzione del materasso della camera gialla e a dire la verità anche un più solerte ricambio della biancheria da bagno, per il resto consigliattissimo anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
