Sun&Sardinia is a brand new guesthouse located in Monserrato. 10 minutes from Cagliari, 7 minutes from the Airport, 3 minutes from Policlinico Universitario and Cittadella Universitaria. Cagliari can be reached by bus in15 minutes or by metro. Bus and metro station is 50 metres from the building and the ticket costs only 1, 00 euro.
The house is a villa on three floors, each room has a bathroom en-suite and a large veranda.
The building offers a good standard of privacy as guests do not have to pass through the private areas to reach their rooms.
We offer large sunny rooms: single, double or triple with the possibility to add extra beds on request.
Our rooms are furnished to the highest standard in a modern style. Each one has Lcd Tv, air conditioning, WiFi and minibar.
Common areas include breakfast room and our sunny courtyard.
Right in front there is a supermarket, a Chemist, a Fitness centre, a big shopping area and a marvellous park are only 600 metres away.
Poetto beach can be reached in 15 minutes by car. We offer a rich continental breakfast and lot of information about the area and the beaches nearby.

Struttura assolutamente da consigliare! Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti perché il nostro bimbo appena nato era ricoverato al policlinico universitario, raggiungibile in due minuti di macchina dal B&B.
I gestori sono disponibilissimi, la colazione abbondante e varia, la camera arredata elegantemente e il bagno in camera pulitissimo (condizione per me essenziale a seguito del cesareo).
Vi ringraziamo ancora per l'ospitalità e l'attenzione prestataci date le mie condizioni di salute! un abbraccio.

Ho soggiornato solo una notte ma era evidente la differenza con le altre strutture dove son stato. La struttura è bella e la camera era nuovissima, confortevole, luminosa e silenziosa. Il bagno (in camera) nuovo e grande. La gentilezza della proprietaria. La pulizia della camera. Sinceramente consigliato.

Sono stata una sola notte per necessità ospedaliere ma ho notato da subito, essendo già stata in altre strutture, la cortesia, la disponibilità dei proprietari che mi sono venuti incontro in base alle mie necessità. Bellissima la struttura, confortevole, camera luminosa e silenziosa.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B per essere vicinissima al policlinico e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Appena entrata ho avuto la sensazione di essere a casa di un caro amico, in un ambiente molto familiare e sereno. La signora Ada è stata gentilissima, la camera ampia, comoda luminosa e pulita, il letto comodissimo. Colazione per tutti i gusti. Grazie di tutto!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con mio figlio per tre giorni è stato tutto al di sopra di ogni aspettativa, camera spaziosa e pulitissima, colazione abbondante, arredi nuovi e moderni. In 10 minuti di metro (fermata a due passi) sono arrivata al centro di Cagliari.

B&B estremamente accogliente, moderno e pulito. Comodissimo l'ampio parcheggio antistante alla struttura (con market a 100metri). Camera fornita di tutti i comfort, compresi tv, wifi e condizionatore. Dotato di balcone spazioso abbastanza da poter consumare un pasto in due (dotato di tavolino e sedie). Bagno spazioso, pulito e dotato di phon. La ricca colazione è stata servita in un gradevolissimo spazio, impeccabile anche nello stile. Ultimo, ma non meno importante, la cordialità e disponibilità dei gestori che non hanno esitato nel consigliarci una buona pizzeria e fornirci indicazioni stradali per noi indispensabili. Lo sceglieremo nuovamente senza esitare. Marta e Giovanna.

Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo e non ha prezzo la cordialità della proprietaria essere in visita per un pesante e noioso esame di salute non mi è pesato per niente grazie alla cordialità la gentilezza ed il calore umano che si respira all'interno del sun&Sardinia tornerò sicuramente ma questa volta per il piacere di far vedere a chi amo le persone splendide che ho trovato in un B&B davvero meraviglioso accogliente e tranquillo lo consiglio caldamente.

Siamo stati al Sun&Sardinia il 16 febbraio 2015, per una sola notte dopo aver trascorso il Carnevale ad Oristano. Siamo stati bene in tutta la Sardegna (che non conoscevo). In particolare in questo B&B siamo stati benissimo, oltretutto è una struttura nuovissima ed è tutto pulitissimo. Il voto 10 per l'ubicazione è per la comodità di raggiungere l'aeroporto. Per visitare Cagliari occorre naturalmente l'auto.
Spero che questa recensione sia d'aiuto ai futuri ospiti che auguriamo siano sempre numerosi. Staff gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Colazione ottima. Quando torneremo in Sardegna sarà il nostro punto d'appoggio per l'aeroporto. Grazie a Luca e a suo papà.

Anche se ho soggiornato nella struttura una sola notte ci tengo a dire di quanto sono stata bene! bellissima camera, pulitissima e riscaldata al punto giusto, gestori gentili e disponibili, posizione comoda e facile da raggiungere, insomma tutto impeccabile!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per un totale di 8 notti per motivi di lavoro, mi è stata assegnata una camera matrimoniale nonostante fossi solo. Ho apprezzato la pulizia e la disponibilità dei gestori, molto gentili. La colazione si contraddistingue per abbondanza, qualità e varietà, cosa fondamentale in un B&B. Sicuramente tornerò in futuro.

Sono italiana ma vivo in Inghilterra, io e il mio ragazzo eravamo in cerca di un break, di sole e di cibo genuino, ho scoperto Sun & Sardinia per caso online e non ha deluso le mie aspettative! Una settimana da favola di puro relax! Grazie alla semplicità della struttura e alla gestione familiare mi sono sentita davvero a casa... anzi meglio! A due passi da un mare stupendo ma non lontano dal centro abitato è la perfetta location per una vacanza ideale. Raccomando assolutamente!

Ottimo. La struttura è chiaramente nuovissima e molto pulita. Soprattutto in macchina il centro città è raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Al tempo stesso abbiamo potuto visitare facilmente paesini costieri come Villasimius. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, gestione familiare estremamente flessibile. Per esempio, dato che la camera non era prenotata il giorno della nostra partenza abbiamo potuto fare il check out più tardi del previsto. La colazione ugualmente è stata adattata alle nostre esigenze (io sono allergico al glutine e mi sono stati procurati prodotti specifici!). Direi rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Pulito, ordinato, ottima posizione (policlinico ad un minuto, Conad a 30 metri, Auchan a meno di 2 km, Cagliari a un tiro di schioppo), silenzioso, struttura nuova con ascensore, camere ampie con bagno esclusivo, parcheggi fruibili adiacenti alla struttura, ottima gestione familiare (sembra di stare a casa propria) per qualsiasi cosa sono disponibilissimi e per ultimo ma non meno importante varia e abbondante colazione: gnam gnam.
Ottimo, ci tornerei subito.

Struttura nuovissima e ben arredata, camere ampie e luminose. Ottima la pulizia e la colazione abbondante. Il B&B sorge in una posizione tranquilla e il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero ottimo. Molto molto cordiali e gentili i gestori, sembra di essere a casa. Assolutamente consigliato!

Struttura ben arredata e molto confortevole. Pulizia ottima, al pari della colazione, abbondante e di varia scelta. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo, vista appunto la qualità della struttura. Il soggiorno in questo B&B ti fa sentire a casa grazie all'ospitalità del gestore, veramente cordiale.
