Description
Located in the province of Oristano, in the picturesque rural village of Riola Sardo, this farmhouse is situated just a short distance from the sea and offers accommodations in a renovated old chicken coop. The simple and welcoming atmosphere makes it the ideal place for those who wish to spend a relaxing vacation in an atmosphere of serene cordiality.
The farmhouse consists of two separate buildings overlooking a green lawn. The first, built with ancient sandstone blocks, is the former chicken coop, which has been transformed into comfortable rooms with private bathrooms. The rooms, with wooden roofs, are equipped with everything necessary for even extended stays. The second building, which serves as the main residence, also houses a small restaurant and a charming porch, much appreciated by guests looking for relaxation.
In the garden, there is a centuries-old olive tree, a grafted olive tree, a basalt millstone, and some ancient jars, which testify to the different stages of olive oil production that the family has been dedicated to since the 19th century.

Informal environment but familiar atmosphere.\n\nAndrea is a very helpful person and attentive to the needs of his guests.\n\nCristina is an excellent cook and pampered us with her typical dishes, Daniela very discreet kept the environment clean and tidy.\n\nOverall excellent structure in a strategic location, highly recommended!

Struttura accogliente, in zona tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere spiagge e località dei dintorni.
Ottima l'accoglienza e la disponibilità da parte di Andrea, il proprietario.
Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana con formula di mezza pensione, il menù è stato vario, con ottimi piatti e porzioni generose. Menzione speciale a Cristina, la cuoca.
Consigliatissimo.

In questa struttura, situata in posizione strategica per visitare agevolmente luoghi di mare, cultura e tradizione della Sardegna centro-occidentale, abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni indimenticabili, anche grazie alla presenza del discreto ma molto ospitale padrone di casa Andrea, sempre disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste di informazioni e a condividere con noi la sua conoscenza delle tradizioni del posto, in tutti i campi compreso quello culinario.
La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato è dotata di condizionatore, bagno interno con finestra, finestrone con zanzariera e un bel terrazzo, molto comodo alla fine di una giornata di mare.
La colazione è ottima e varia: latte, caffè, the, ricotta sarda, savoiardi sardi, yogurt, corn-flakes, cornetti, fette biscottate, burro, pane fresco, frutta, nutella, miele ma soprattutto le fantastiche marmellate di arance e limoni fatte in casa dallo stesso Andrea: una vera prelibatezza.
Abbiamo provato anche la sua ottima cucina, gustando a cena ricette di vecchie tradizioni del posto.
Torneremo presto per approfondire la conoscenza di questi luoghi magici e soggiorneremo di nuovo da Andrea, che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa e ci è rimasto nel cuore.

Ottima accoglienza a Su Lau, una struttura con molto charme e un eccellente oste, discreto, disponibile e molto generoso. Belle le serate in compagnia -dopo una cena da non perdere assolutamente- in veranda con le chiacchiere e i liquori. Molto apprezzata anche l'attenzione data alla promozione dei prodotti locali.
