All main services are within reach (BAR-MARKET-RESTAURANTS-TABACCO SHOPS, PIZZERIA, CAR RENTAL, AUTO SHOP, HARDWARE STORE).

Ideal for families with young children or 2 young couples who want to relax both at the beach and inside the property, and go out in the local square and in pubs, beer gardens, and nightclubs in the evening.

Possibility, with a small extra cost per person, to rent a linen set for the bedroom (sheets, pillowcases, fitted sheets) both for double and single beds, and a towel set consisting of 3 towels (face, bidet, shower) each.

It is mandatory to carry out waste sorting; in each apartment, there is a calendar with the collection days to be respected, and the external bin must be placed outside the property gate the evening before. If this is not done, the security deposit will be withheld.

The beaches in the area cater to all tastes, the only thing they have in common is the clarity and crystallinity of the water; from very fine white sand to rocks for those interested in snorkeling or fishing with a rod, there is also the possibility of renting boats in the area. In the evening, in addition to the central square, there are numerous pubs, ice cream parlors, bars, and nightclubs.

Easily accessible from the port (ferry) and OLBIA airport.

Smoking is kindly requested to be done in the covered and illuminated outdoor verandas and on the terrace for the apartment on the first floor.
