Nestled in a peaceful and breezy area of San Teodoro, just a few minutes away from the beautiful beaches such as La Cinta, Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi, and Isuledda, these two independent apartments offer the perfect solution for families or groups of friends looking for relaxation, comfort, and freedom. Located in a two-family house with a private entrance, they feature spacious and bright environments equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant stay in any season.

Each apartment spans 70 square meters and includes a large living room with a dining area and flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, freezer, and kitchenware, two bedrooms—one with a double bed and another with two or three single beds—and a bathroom with a window, bathtub-shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. In each bedrooms and in the living/dining area there are mosquito nets on the windows and balcony doors.

The outdoor spaces are well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged: each apartment has a livable covered veranda, perfect for outdoor dining, and a spacious private garden with a barbecue and outdoor shower. There is also a second green area with a laundry zone and drying rack. The on-site parking is ample and secured by a gate.

The property features a 6000-liter water cistern, ensuring water independence even during peak seasons. Essential services such as markets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, rentals, and shops are conveniently located nearby. In the evenings, the center of San Teodoro comes alive with venues, pubs, ice cream shops, and nightclubs, all easily accessible. From the 23 th of May 2025 until the 31 th of October 2025 there is a stop 80 m from the apartaments if the free SAN TEODORO EXPRESS BUS with several daily trips to the beaches) and nightly trips to the centre, and 250 m away is the stop of another shuttle service called BEACH BUS San Teodoro.

The apartments, which are perfect for families with children or two couples, can be rented individually or together, each accommodating four guests. Upon request, it is possible to rent bed and bath linen kits for a small additional fee. Waste separation is mandatory, with schedules and guidelines provided in each apartment. Pets are not allowed.

From July to August, the minimum stay is 7 nights with check-ins and check-outs on weekends; during other months, stays can begin from 5 nights with flexible check-in. Smokers are kindly asked to use only the covered outdoor areas for smoking.
