We are just 4 km from the center of Pula, where you can find shops and services of every kind and from the archaeological site of Nora. We are 1 km from the sea and beautiful beaches with a sea mozzafiato. A 10 km away is the beach of Chia, famous for its sand dunes and surf. The caves of Is Santadi Zuddas in about half an hour away by car.

The structure is nice in the tranquility of the countryside if it weren't for the fact that the owner has two dogs that poop everywhere and that is not picked up. To go to the room there is not even a lamp post, so we also stepped in it one evening and the next morning another in front of the entrance driveway. We returned home with the memory of his dogs and the manager did not even show interest in breakfast, where we had gone, tips about the beaches, and the payment of how the stay went. If he wants dogs, he must also clean up because he is in a hospitality structure even if it is at his home.

We loved our stay here - super friendly, super relaxed - a feeling of being away from it all yet not too far to restaurants, beaches, etc. Comfortable, clean room - our dog was made very welcome with a wonderful garden and other pets. Luca was a lovely host and the breakfast was charming with homemade jams and cakes - will definitely return!

Positive aspects: location quite close to the sea (about two km), good breakfast, covered parking space, friendly host. Negative aspects: in one week (8 nights) the bath towels were not changed, in my opinion, very serious.

We stayed at Luca's in July and had a great time. The manager is always available to customers, but discreetly. The location is excellent, in a quiet and private setting. The breakfast with homemade products is another plus. We hope to be able to come back soon. Highly recommended!

If you go to Sardinia, near Pula, contact Luca. But above all, book for the time you can dedicate to your vacation at his Sole e Sale. Super breakfast and you will live in a quiet and relaxing environment. The most beautiful beaches in the area are all there. You won't find anything better even paying more! The location is breathtaking, the property is exceptional: fridge, air conditioning, TV, hydromassage shower, kettle and herbal teas in the room, mosquito nets, private veranda with sun loungers and clothesline all surrounded by greenery, Italian and continental breakfast.

We stayed in the Stefano studio for a week, everything was perfect. The structure is cared for in every detail, tastefully furnished inside a wonderful garden. The studio is equipped with a kitchenette, a veranda with a table and deck chairs in the garden. The owner, Luca, is very kind and extremely helpful; a peaceful and very relaxing environment just a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches in the area. Truly enchanting. We will definitely come back.

Everything very clean and you feel welcome in the accommodation from the first moment. Great place to relax and unwind. Car required to explore the great area. Highly recommended! We spent a week in total tranquility in the Stefano Studio, a very welcoming environment, well furnished, with bright colors on white walls, joy and relaxation. Immersed in a garden of fruit plants and flowers, from the little terrace overlooking the sea we could end our days after the sea with a few more pages of reading and dinner when we were too tired to head back to Pula and its surroundings and the excellent restaurants recommended by Sara, impeccable hostess, discreet but always present and helpful. Her breakfast is delicious and she offers guests the opportunity to have massages by Barbara, who arrives with her portable massage table and gives you an hour of pure pleasure in the breeze of Sardinia and the scents of Sole e Sale. Thanks again to Sara, we will definitely come back.

Really very beautiful, magnificent view of the sea and vineyards, a very well-kept flowering garden. The room is clean, oriental, colorful, warm and welcoming; there is a beautiful private terrace with deck chairs available. The breakfast is fantastic with desserts prepared by Sara, the owner, a sunny, available person who is always smiling. We have already booked to return in September, therefore: highly recommended.
