The house is located on the first floor of a historic building in the center of Nuoro. It features spacious bedrooms and a cozy common room for relaxation. There are 3 double rooms, providing a total of 7 beds. One of the rooms has a private bathroom, while the other 2 share a bathroom only with each other. Breakfast is not included but there is wireless internet, a digital terrestrial LCD TV, air conditioning and heating. Paolo is a lovely and helpful person. He does everything to make you feel at home and explains everything precisely, recommending places to visit, restaurants, and local specialties. The house is very large, welcoming, and clean! I can only recommend staying here. If there is another opportunity, I will definitely try to return!

I cannot sing the praises of Silvia and Paolo enough. Paolo was the kindest host and made us feel so welcome in Nuoro, and gave us lots of brilliant suggestions for restaurants/museums etc. Their place is beautiful - our bedroom was big and beautiful, everything was clean, the house and terrace are lovely. Nuoro and this guesthouse is such a special place and we would love to come back here one day. Thank you Paolo!

I stayed in this delightful B6B for only one night, but it was enough for me to evaluate it in an absolutely positive way. The structure is very well cared for in detail and very clean. In short, you really feel at home! Unfortunately, I could not have breakfast because I had to leave very early, but I was accompanied to the car because I was traveling alone. I can therefore assure you that the added value of this structure is definitely Silvia and Paolo, with their kindness and availability.
