The guest will have at their disposal, starting from the previous evening, a variety of options including cereals, milk, coffee, yogurt, a variety of teas, juices, brioches, crackers, breadsticks, toast, filled and unfilled cookies, fruit, jam, honey, Nutella, and eggs!!! In the morning, a time will be agreed upon to serve a choice of cappuccino, latte macchiato, coffee: regular, long, or with milk, accompanied by croissants!

Hello everyone, I'm Valentina Allegria, a true nature lover and enthusiast of its countless resources. I was born and raised in Jerzu, a charming village at the foot of the Ogliastra hills. Ever since I was a child, I have nurtured a great passion for nature and everything it provides us.
After obtaining a degree in Herbal Sciences and Technology from the University of Cagliari, I decided to open my own herbalist shop right here in Jerzu. Shortly after, I started teaching at the University of the Third Age in Jerzu, Tortolì, and Lanusei. This experience allowed me to deepen my knowledge about the endemic plants of the Ogliastra region and their historical uses.
Fascinated by the wonders of my land, I decided to pursue the study to become a hiking guide. My Selu Bed and Breakfast was born with the aim of showcasing the marvels of our region to both locals and foreign visitors.

Questa nicchia immersa nel verde con un panorama bellissimo e molto confortevole. Una padrona di casa fantastica come Valentina che ti mette subito a tuo agio non appena la contatti e ti fa trovare un buonissimo dolce non appena arrivi veramente super e che dire se passate da quelle parti e volete un posticino accogliente a Su Selu lo trovate.
