The Altair, Vega and Daneb rooms, all with panoramic views, have been renovated and furnished with care, equipped with heating, air conditioning, Full HD TV, minibar, Wi-Fi.
Altair overlooks a beautiful panorama towards the sea and its furniture is enriched by elements of the Sardinian artisan tradition.
It is a double bedroom, with an internal bathroom equipped with a bathtub/shower and a washing machine.
Vega, a triple room, is the largest and has a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea of Stintino and the island of Asinara.
Its furniture's features and its peculiar exposure enhance a unique, soft and romantic atmosphere.
Daneb, a double room with separable beds, is sober and elegant and it displays a large panoramic terrace towards the cathedral, overlooking the square and the roofs of the historic centre.

S'ARD GUEST HOUSE is located in the historic center of Sassari, on the sixth floor (attic, with lift) of Piazza Mazzotti 11 in Sassari (40°43. 69 N – 8°33. 47 E) : equipped with a wide parking lot the square enjoys a particularly privileged position.
It is in fact located a few meters from the Civico Theater and the Verdi Theater. It is 150 meters from the Cathedral of San Nicola, 200 meters from the railway station, 300 meters from Palazzo Ducale, 500 meters from the University, a few minutes from the ancient walls and the historic Fontana del Rosello, symbol of the city.
Sassari, the most important city in northern Sardinia, is easily accessible: it is in fact located 18 km from Porto Torres harbour, 29 km from Alghero airport, 30 km from Castelsardo, 50 km from Stintino and L'Argentiera, 75 km from Bosa, about 100 km from Santa Teresa, Olbia and Palau.

There are three rooms: one with a private bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. Equipped kitchen. Self-service breakfasts with all necessary items, no frills. A library with a large collection of literature about Sardinia. Advice, suggestions and information. Many small attentions that are greatly appreciated, for example umbrellas available to guests. Bottled water provided (unfortunately the water in Sassari is chlorinated). Well-organized recycling. Two rooms with breathtaking views as far as Asinara on clear days. The third room has a wide view of the square and the cathedral. Two rooms have balconies. Elevator. The person who takes care of the rooms is the host, Lorenzo, personally, and not an anonymous workforce.

I had a truly perfect stay at this B&B in Sassari. The location is very central, ideal for exploring the city on foot, very close to the train station. The property is spotless, well-kept in every detail, and welcoming. The room was bright and comfortable, with everything needed to feel at home. The owner was very kind and helpful, ready to give useful advice on places to visit and where to eat. An experience I highly recommend and will definitely repeat on my next trip to Sassari!

A beautiful, bright, and relatively spacious apartment with a stunning view over the roofs of the old town of Sassari and all the way to the sea. The room has air conditioning and all the necessary bath utensils. The host was very friendly and very quick to reply if we had any questions. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The only thing I would wish for are some non-sweet options (e.g. a bit of ham and cheese) and some fresh fruit. But as there's a small supermarket located in the same building, you can easily buy all these things yourself :)

Lorenzo is an exceptional host, and the guest house is a gem in the historic center of Sassari. A stone's throw from literally everything (cathedral, art gallery, squares, pharmacies, banks), it is very easy to find and rediscover even while wandering for hours in the city's alleys. Very clear directions for anything, with a whole list that can dispel any doubt. Instructions for using every appliance. The common area has a library that exudes passion for Sardinian culture and for the ancient beauty that this land communicates in every corner. At S'Ard Guest House, you feel pampered and welcomed with a big hug. It will be my go-to every time I want to visit Sassari.

Highly recommended for the central and panoramic location from which you can admire and enjoy all of Sassari. The rooms are bright, clean and spacious, equipped with very large balconies with small tables where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation. The structure has a well-equipped kitchen and numerous books and games that tell the story of the Sassari area. But the real strength is the manager Lorenzo, always available and providing cultural and gastronomic advice. Finally, the B&B's location is strategic for those who want to explore not only the city of Sassari, but generally northern Sardinia.

Well, what can I say, Lorenzo and his Bed and Breakfast were a pleasant discovery; a very well-kept place in the center of Sassari and a host who is truly welcoming and attentive to your needs, who will pamper you with a super breakfast and attention to details that make the difference. The experience has remained in our hearts so much that, if we can, we will definitely try his other bed and breakfast in Alghero as well.

Great location, the property is located in the historic center a stone's throw from the cathedral, close to the station and with parking facilities in the square in front. Comfort and availability! Nice bed and breakfast on the sixth floor with elevator in a central area of Sassari, close to all the most important sites to visit. From the balcony of the room, the view in the evening is truly evocative! With adequate, clean and comfortable spaces, the bed and breakfast provides everything you need, and even more: in addition to the complimentary shower gel and shampoo, hairdryer and even a washing machine (with detergent capsules), you will find a well-stocked display with tourist information and a library dedicated to Sardinia at the entrance. Novels, essays, tourist guides to consult there, as well as some board games. Varied and abundant breakfast with coffee, a selection of teas, croissants. The extra touch, the cake! Worth mentioning the host's attention to allergies and food intolerances. Lorenzo is a very helpful and kind host. He will provide you with all the information to discover the most touristic destinations, but above all the less beaten corners of Sardinia: he will make you discover enchanting places! An absolutely pleasant solution to feel at home! We will definitely come back!
