In addition to being close to the sea, the Guest House is located in a strategic position: a quiet street just 10 minutes walk from the wonderful historic center and close to all services: train and bus station, restaurants, shops, etc…

Suitable for families, couples and remote working.
Located on the first floor of a building with a lift, the apartment (equipped with air conditioning in every room) consists of a kitchen, a double bedroom, a small bedroom for a third person or one or two children and a bathroom with ventilation system. Another strong point of the apartment is the large and bright veranda which allows you to spend pleasant relaxing moments during the day.

We stayed 4 days in this B&B and we felt great. Lorenzo, the manager, is always available for any kind of advice and is very attentive to the guests' needs. The apartment is beautiful, welcoming, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. There is a covered terrace, very spacious and well-furnished to enjoy dinners and relaxation. Excellent location: parking available under the house, 100 meters from a Conad supermarket. Close to the sea and also to the center.

Clean house, well furnished and equipped with everything you need. Very spacious terrace that makes the apartment very livable. Excellent location: in the center close to all services, a stone's throw from the sea and the historic center.
