Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 25 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
No municipal tax will be charged
Fresh towels every 2 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Il B&B S. Croce II nasce nel 2019 da un'idea di Sandro e Valeria per far conoscere le meravigiose coste ele bellissime spiagge bianche della Sardegna e sopratutto la spinta proviene dagli anni di lavoro a contatto con le persone laddove si e' sviluppato un rapporto di amicizia e professionalita'. Da qui il percorso di ristrutturazione a nuovo della struttura SantaCroce II inziato nel 2017 e ultimato nel 2019. Un favoloso B&B di 4 camere che si estende su 180 mq localizzato nel centro di Teulada
