The agriturismo Sa Tanchitta is located in Ula Tirso, in the heart of authentic Sardinia, close to Lake Omodeo, surrounded by villages rich in ancient traditions such as Busachi, known for its traditional dish "Su succu," Sedilo, famous for the Ardia horse race, Bidonì, Sorradile, an award-winning Authentic Village recognized as a Flowering Town, Nughedu Santa Vittoria, the only village that has developed the Home Restaurant hospitality concept, Ardauli, Tadasuni, and the nearby Fordongianus, home to the renowned Roman Baths.

Just a few kilometers away, there are significant archaeological sites like the majestic Nuraghe Losa and the enigmatic Sacred Well of Santa Cristina.

Due to its prime location, Sa Tanchitta is perfect for a nature-immersed vacation and serves as a starting point for nature-rich excursions. It is a hub for motorcycle tours, bike tourism, as well as trekking and walking, as it lies along the religious paths of the Santu Jacu pilgrimage.

The presence of numerous "Domus de Janas" has inspired us to create a captivating and mysterious trail in search of fairies and gnomes, intertwined with tales and legends.

At the nearby Lake Omodeo, visitors can see the ancient submerged dam of Santa Chiara.

The facility consists of a central building housing the reception area, restaurant, and five double rooms with private bathrooms, heating, and air conditioning.

The restaurant at Agriturismo Sa Tanchitta welcomes guests in a rustic yet elegant setting, where the warmth of wood and the aromas of traditional Sardinian cuisine create an authentic atmosphere. Each meal is a journey through the island's flavors: handmade fresh pasta, such as the typical “Sos Cannisones,” locally sourced meats cooked slowly, artisanal cheeses, and fresh vegetables from the garden, harvested and prepared on the same day.

The dishes are crafted using ingredients from the farm and local producers, ensuring freshness and authenticity. The DOC wines from Mandrolisai perfectly complement the meals, enhancing every nuance of flavor.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, with menus that change with the seasons.
