The Residence Solevacanze offers beautiful apartments (300 mt from the sea) in the locality La Ciaccia (town of Valledoria).
The apartments have been designed for all those who wish to spend a holiday in Sardinia in total relaxation in contact with nature.
The Residence offers apartments of various types: brand new apartments for 2 people, Two-roomed for 2 people (bedroom + living room), three-rooms apartments for 3-4 persons (2 bedrooms + living room), four rooms apartments for 6/8 persons and small goups.
-Each apartment is equipped with washing machine, satellite TV and air conditioning / heating.
The ground floor apartments have a garden and furnished terrace + barbecue. The rooms on the upper floor offer a furnished terrace + barbecue and offer a beautiful view of the sea.
The Sa Fiorida holiday homes, built in a unique and unmistakable style, have been designed and built in such a way as to be able to enjoy the benefits of living a healthy and open-air lifestyle.
The Mediterranean style ensures unique and unforgettable holidays. The houses have large verandas for outdoor dining, while the roof terraces allow you to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets.

Apartment with a large sea view veranda, equipped with a living room/kitchen including refrigerator and freezer, including kitchenware, two bathrooms and two separate bedrooms. Air conditioning. The apartment was very pleasant, comfortable, and spotlessly clean upon arrival. Cordiality and professionalism are qualities that should never be lacking, and that I found. Congratulations! The house is really beautiful, the location is great, a stone's throw away there is the sea, a couple of restaurants, a supermarket and the sea. It's a pity that the kitchen is poorly equipped, if you choose an accommodation like this it's because you would like to be able to save money by cooking at home. The house is very characteristic and is equipped with everything necessary for a stay, the welcome was optimal, the highlight is undoubtedly the elevated position that allows a spectacular view of the coast. The area is super quiet and it is possible to relax, the spacious terrace is beautiful where you can dine outdoors with the sunset over the sea. The only flaw I have to say is the absence of the air conditioner which is however negligible and does not affect the stay because the wind often blows from the sea. All very beautiful.

We stayed in house A5 for 4 nights. The apartment is really very beautiful, spacious and airy, the cleanliness is excellent and taken care of in the smallest details. We found everything we needed to spend a few days in serenity. The owners were very kind and helpful and gave us some tips on places to visit in the area. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We spent a beautiful week. Nearby beach, quiet area, it was quite hot. It would be nice to equip the apartments with small air conditioners or similar for a bit of refreshment. Otherwise, it was good.
