Baunei has a beautiful crystal-clear sea surrounded by stunning mountains. There is a well-organized small tourist harbor where you can book visits to the splendid bays of the Baunei municipality. Tortuga Beach, managed by Marco and Samuele, will be happy to accompany you with their rubber boats and make you spend a lovely day. The largest port is located in Arbatax, just a few kilometers from Santa Maria Navarrese.

At the price of 60 euros, we were able to enjoy a mini apartment consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a large kitchenette, and a medium-sized veranda overlooking a lush hill dotted with the reddish hue of granite rock. Due to its exposure, the rooms remain cool despite the external heat. Immersed in tranquility and not far from the town entrance, the little apartment is just a few meters away from important services such as a pizzeria restaurant, a butcher's shop, a grocery store, a pastry shop, a newsstand, and two Catholic churches. Furthermore, the street where it is located leads, in a few minutes of pleasant walk, to the splendid seafront of Santa Maria Navarrese. Marta, the landlady, is a courteous and discreet presence.

Posto carinissimo bellissimo panorama ideale la posizione al centro del paese a 2 passi dalla spiaggia e dal porticciolo per l'imbarco alle migliori spiagge della zona, ci torno sicuramente, a presto.
