Description

Just a short walk from the beautiful Porto Columbu beach, this recently renovated villa provides spacious indoor and outdoor areas for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Spread over two levels of approximately 100 square meters each, it is surrounded by a 1000 square meter private garden, perfect for enjoying the tranquility of the area.

Inside, the home features four roomy bedrooms: three on the upper floor and one on the ground floor, all equipped with quiet air conditioning and mosquito nets. One of the upstairs bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and a small terrace, while the ground floor bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There are four bathrooms in total, two on each floor, all equipped with a shower and bidet.

Common areas include a bright double living room with a large fireplace and UHD TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, large freezer, and microwave. Outside, two patios provide ideal spaces for outdoor lunches and dinners: one with a large brick barbecue and the other with a large table for ten people, shaded from the sun.

Additional amenities include free high-speed WiFi and three private parking spaces. The location is convenient, just 3 km from Pula, 1 km from the Perd’e Sali marina, and 34 km from Cagliari. Cagliari-Elmas Airport can be reached in about 45 minutes.
