It’s a cozy bed and breakfast with two spacious rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV. Our accommodation is situated in an important crossroads, allowing easy access to the most important services for citizens, such as supermarkets and shopping centers within walking distance, the Church of San Gregorio Magno, tobacco shop, newsstand, bus stop, post office, banks, pharmacy, restaurant, and pizzeria.

Within a 5-minute drive, you can reach the port and the airport, and just a few meters away, you will find all the road junctions that lead to the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia (Poetto, Villasimius, Costa Rey, Pula, Nora, Chia) and the most significant places of both natural (Molentargius Nature Park, Santa Gilla Lagoon, Monteclaro Park, and Monte Urpinu Park) and archaeological interest (the Phoenician-Punic Cemetery of Tuvixeddu, the Church of Sant'Efisio, the Viper Cave, San Michele Park with its enchanting castle, the Roman Amphitheater, the Archaeological Museum), as well as other enchanting monuments including the Basilica of Our Lady of Bonaria, the Elephant Tower, and the Bastion of Sant'Remy.

What to say? The welcome from Mrs. Franca was excellent, with sympathy, kindness, availability, and courtesy. The room was cozy and clean, the location in the center of Cagliari great for getting around, the value for money is excellent. We stayed for 12 days and felt at home! Recommending this property is the least we can say. I will recommend it to all friends who wish to go to Cagliari.

Everything perfect and impeccable! The cherry on top was the kindness of the owner, a splendid person attentive to ensuring the stay is perfect! Beautiful room, comfortable, super fragrant and very clean! The internal garden is a little gem! When I go to Cagliari, it will be my favorite place to stay.

Very well received, very pleasant accommodation, Clean and refreshing with a small outdoor courtyard under the trees. The establishment is certainly located in a residential area on a quiet street not too far from the airport with plenty of dining options around.

The manager makes the stay pleasant through attention to cleanliness, privacy, and relaxation in the structure. The property consists of simple rooms and well-kept bathrooms (at least in the Green room where I stayed). Public transport is relatively close, as is the beach on one side and the center on the other. If you have a car, the location is very convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast is well taken care of in detail, kind and typical of the house. Personally (but it may be just my point of view), I do not consider the quality of some products to be the best, and I believe that in terms of value for money, it is right to take it into consideration. Hospitality is top-notch. I would definitely return because for my needs, that is, a place to wash and sleep comfortably before being out all day, it is perfect!

Simply fantastic! Franca is a wonderful hostess, she pampered us and made us feel like family. The rooms are very welcoming, spacious, bright, colorful, and above all very clean. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. The location is strategic for those who want to visit the city as well as for those who want to go to the beach, and the proximity to hospitals is also not negligible for those who may need to stay for health reasons. Parking is near the property. In short, I could only recommend it to everyone. Fantastic.

The B&B Sa Babbaiola is delightful, well-kept in details and cleanliness, giving the feeling of being at home. Mrs. Franca who manages it is a young dynamic woman who is absolutely attentive to the needs of customers, showing willingness to solve them in the best possible way. I had a very good time and it will definitely be a reference point when I return to Cagliari to visit my daughter who has recently settled there. In short, 'The ladybug' really brings good luck.

Leaving aside the kindness of the "hosts", who were truly exquisite, I must admit that I did not expect a B&B of this level. I mean, more than a room for one night, it immediately appeared to me to be a room in a three or four-star hotel. The furnishings were very well cared for, equipped with every comfort, the room and the private bathroom were truly spotless, truly an excellent B&B. It is a pity that I only stayed one night, I was looking for something quick for personal reasons but I must say that the quality/price ratio is truly excellent, I was really happy.
