Description
Babbaiola B&B is located on the ground floor of a recently restored house in a quiet district of Cagliari, close to all facilities: it is 5-minute walk to supermarket and mall, S. Gregorio Magno Church, Café, Newsagent's, Bus Stop, Post Office, Bank, Chemist's, Restaurant and Pizzeria; 5-minute ride to port, airport and state roads to the superb beaches of south Sardinia (Poetto, Villasimius, Costa Rey, Pula, Nora, Chia), to areas of natural interest (Molentargius Regional Nature Park, Lagoon Santa Gilla, Monteclaro Park and Monte Urpinu Park) and archaeological sites (the Phoenician nof, the Church dedicated to Sant'Efisio, patron saint of Sardinia, the Viper's Cave, San Michele Park and its enchanting Castle, the Roman amphitheatre, the Archaeological museum) and the city's most famous monuments (Basilica of Our Lady of Bonaria, the Elephant tower, the Bastion of Sant-Remy).

Hospitals (Monserrato general hospital, Brotzu, Oncologico and Microcitemico hospitals), the University (liberal arts, engineering and medicine colleges) and the city centre with its old quarters (Stampace, Villanova, Marina, Castello) are all at a short distance from the B&B.

Babbaiola B&B offers large and bright rooms, comfortably furnished and painted according to chromotherapy criteria, with private bathroom, air conditioner, TV and Wi-Fi; the common area is equipped with a kitchen with fridge and microwave, and a PC with free internet access.

Italian Breakfast is served from 8 to 9. 30 and includes coffee, tea, cookies, croissants, breakfast mini pizzas, Nutella, butter and jam, yoghurt, fruit juice, fresh bread, seasonal fruit and more..

Rooms are cleaned and tidied daily; linen are changed twice a week and on arrival day.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

Credit Card Guarantee: The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The Sa Babbaiola B&B is located on the ground floor of a newly renovated detached house, in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Cagliari.

Our accommodation is situated in an important crossroads, allowing easy access to the most important services for citizens, such as supermarkets and shopping centers within walking distance, the Church of San Gregorio Magno, tobacco shop, newsstand, bus stop, post office, banks, pharmacy, restaurant, and pizzeria.

Within a 5-minute drive, you can reach the port and the airport, and just a few meters away, you will find all the road junctions that lead to the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia (Poetto, Villasimius, Costa Rey, Pula, Nora, Chia) and the most significant places of both natural (Molentargius Nature Park, Santa Gilla Lagoon, Monteclaro Park, and Monte Urpinu Park) and archaeological interest (the Phoenician-Punic Cemetery of Tuvixeddu, the Church of Sant'Efisio, the Viper Cave, San Michele Park with its enchanting castle, the Roman Amphitheater, the Archaeological Museum), as well as other enchanting monuments including the Basilica of Our Lady of Bonaria, the Elephant Tower, and the Bastion of Sant'Remy.

Everything perfect and impeccable! The cherry on top was the kindness of the owner, a splendid person attentive to ensuring the stay is perfect! Beautiful room, comfortable, super fragrant and very clean! The internal garden is a little gem! When I go to Cagliari, it will be my favorite place to stay.

Very well received, very pleasant accommodation, Clean and refreshing with a small outdoor courtyard under the trees. The establishment is certainly located in a residential area on a quiet street not too far from the airport with plenty of dining options around.

Il gestore rende il soggiorno piacevole attraverso la cura dei dettagli di pulizia riservatezza e relax nella struttura. La struttura è composta da semplici camere e bagni ben curati (perlomeno nella stanza Verde dove ho soggiornato. I mezzi pubblici sono relativamente vicini così come la spiaggia da una parte ed il centro dall'altra. Se si ha una vettura la posizione è molto comoda per andare ovunque. La colazione è ben curata nei dettagli gentili tipici della casa. Personalmente (ma può essere solo un mio punto di vista) la qualità di alcune derrate non la considero delle migliori e credo che nel rapporto qualità prezzo sia giusto tenerlo in considerazione. L'ospitalità è al Top. Ci tornerei senz'altro perché per le mie esigenze, cioè un appoggio dove lavarmi e dormire in modo confortevole per poi stare fuori tutto il giorno, è perfetto!

Sempilcemente fantastico! Franca meravigliosa padrona di casa, ci ha coccolati e fatti sentire come in famiglia. Le camere molto accoglienti, spaziose, lumicose, colorate e soprattutto molto pulite. La colazione poi abbondante e gustosissima. Posizione stategica sia per chi voglia visitare la città sia per chi voglia andare al mare, non trascurabile inoltre la vicinanza agli ospedali per chi dovesse trattenersi per motivi di salute. Parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Insomma non potrei che consigliarlo a tutti. Fantastico.

Il B&B Sa Babbaiola è delizioso, curato nei particolari e nella pulizia, dando la sensazione di essere a casa propria. La signora Franca che lo gestisce è una giovane donna dinamica che è assolutamente attenta alle esigenze dei clienti, dimostrando disponibilità a risolverle nel miglior modo possibile. Mi sono trovata molto bene e sicuramente sarà un punto di riferimento dovendo tornare a Cagliari in visita a mia figlia che vi si è stabilita da poco. Insomma "La coccinella" porta davvero bene!

Tralasciando la gentilezza dei "padroni di casa", i quali sono stati veramente squisiti, devo ammettere che non mi sarei aspettato un B&B di questo livello. Voglio dire, più che una camera da una notte mi è apparsa sin da subito una camera di un hotel da 3/4 stelle. Molto curati gli arredamenti, dotati di veramente ogni comfort, pulitissima sia la camera che il bagno privato, veramente un ottimo B&B. Peccato ci sia rimasto solo una notte, avevo cercato una cosa veloce per motivi personali ma devo dire che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è veramente ottimo, son stato davvero contento.
