The Marisal Terrace is located on the second floor of our family home, built by my grandparents in the 1950s on land that belonged to their parents, so we've been here forever! The Marisal Terrace benefits from its position directly in front of the beautiful, ultra-fine white sand beach of Lido San Giovanni, which will make you feel like you're walking on velvet, making it particularly convenient for families with young children (you can reach the beach in 30 seconds). The neighborhood is convenient, with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and a bus stop all just a few steps away. With a 1.7 km (20 minutes) walk along the picturesque Busquet promenade that runs along the beach, you'll reach the historic center, the ancient heart of the Catalan city, with its towers, ramparts, and wonderful sunsets.
The main beauty of the Giardino apartment is its location right in front of the beach, making it very convenient for families with young children, as the beach is just a few seconds away. We recommend renting the apartment to a couple (2 adults) or families (2 adults + 3 children), as the second bedroom is an alcove room without a window, only for sleeping (2 people), and the fifth is a sofa bed in the living room (1 person).

I had a great time! Apartment very close to the beach, spacious and comfortable. Mrs. Maria is a delightful person, available and attentive to the needs of the customers. If I were to return to Alghero, I have no doubt: Residenze MariCharme for life!
