Description

Located near the sea, between small coves of sand and rocks, is made up of groups of two-story buildings surrounded by greenery. The apartments and rooms, about 150 meters distant from the sea, surround the pool and the small square where there are various services.

The residence is composed of groups of multi-family houses to one or two floors, and harmoniously into the surrounding lawns and gardens.

The studios are located on the ground floor (with loft, in a single block adjacent to the pool).

Restaurant of the res. Marineledda some will surprise you with the quality of its dishes based on fish.

The apartments are 200 to 500 meters from the sandy beach, alternating with coves.

Centre: 5 km Golfo Aranci. Airport / Port: 15 km Olbia
Services: private parking unattended for res. Vela Blu, parking external res. Marineledda. A few meters market, bar, pizzeria, restaurant, service center.

Sports: swimming pool (from June to September).

A payment floodlit tennis court and small boat dock.

The rooms have sea view, and have a window, are 150 meters from the beach and are all equipped with private bathroom, TV and air conditioning.

MARINELEDDA&VELABLU VILLAGE is located in the Gulf of Marinella, a famous tourist destination just a few kilometers away from Golfo Aranci and Porto Rotondo. It is 15 km away from the Olbia Costa Smeralda port and airport. The villages are surrounded by a unique natural environment, close to the sea, including a bar restaurant pizzeria, and offer a breathtaking sea view. Most of the accommodations are surrounded by lawns and flower gardens, about 100-150 meters from the sea, making it the perfect environment to spend a peaceful and relaxing summer vacation.

Everything great, the availability of parking could be improved, the possibility of a bar near the rooms (which was there but closed) and more attention to some details of the furnishing (mirror in the room, lighting, shower box) could be enhanced. For the rest, a heartfelt thank you and definitely worth coming back.

Residence cared for a peaceful vacation. Beautiful pool, gardens, and nearby beach. The dark room, furnished in an outdated and tasteless manner. It seemed to have been born in the eighties and since then without any improvement or maintenance. Too bad.

Io e mia Moglie, Abbiamo passato una settimana in questa struttura, posizione ottima, vista dalla camera spettacolare, pulizia ottima, in camera aria condizionata e frigor, fuori tavolo e sedie e anche uno stendibiancheria, accoglienza da parte di Mauro impeccabile e disponibile a dare consigli su cosa visitare, spiagge interne buone e pulite, come anche la piscina. Marco al bar vi accoglie con il sorriso è sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta, Antonio al ristorante saprà accontentare tutti i palati, anche quelli più difficili.. Consiglio questa struttura per chi vuole passare una vacanza in uno dei posti più belli della Sardegna, ottimo il rapporto qualità/ prezzo..

Sono stato in vacanza nel Residence Marineledda la seconda e terza settimana di Luglio con mia moglie e mia figlia di 6 anni. La posizione della struttura è ottima con facile accesso al mare e tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Eravamo in un appartamento molto ampio con ampio terrazzo sulla piscina e a 50 metri dalle spiagge sottostanti la struttura. Le spiagge sono tutte molto tranquille perché non c'è accesso pubblico alle stesse, sono di pertinenza degli ospiti del Residence il chè offre al soggiorno molta tranquillità e qualità dei servizi. Lo staff è molto professionale, un particolare grazio al Barman Marco, a Mauro per l'accoglienza e la professionalità, ad Antonio per la grande disponibilità e capacità di gestire il servizio al ristorante. Tutti molto trasparenti e sinceri anche nel discutere forse dell'unico limite che sono riuscito ad individuare ma che nel complesso non riduce il giudizio complessivamente molto positivo della struttura: gli appartamenti più grandi e quindi anche più confortevoli, dovrebbero essere dotati di aria condizionata, questo per consentire alla struttura di essere all'altezza del servizio ai clienti, che ripeto è molto soddisfacente. È sicuramente da annoverare tra i posti in cui poter decidere di tornare.
